Ông gọi thư ký và sai cô mua nhiều loại thực phẩm. <br /><br />Cô thư ký đi mua về nào là thịt ngon, phó mát và các loại bánh kẹo. Và cô lấy làm ngạc nhiên khi thấy sếp bảo cô đem các món thực phẩm tới nhà cho người đàn bà nghèo kia và dặn cô nói lại với bà ta rằng đó là những món quà từ quỷ sứ.<br /><br />Khi cô thư ký mang quà đến, người đàn bà giàn giụa nước mắt vì biết ơn. <br />Bà cảm ơn rối rít và ban phước lành cho cô gái. <br />Khi sắp ra về, cô thư ký hỏi:<br /><br />- Thế bà có muốn biết ai đã gửi quà đến không ạ?<br />Người đàn bà sùng đạo đáp lời:<br />- Không. <br />Điều đó không có gì là quan trọng, <br />Vì khi Đức Chúa Trời đã ra lệnh thì quỷ sứ cũng phải tuân theo ấy chứ.",

Môn tu luyện này bao gồm một bộ công pháp gồm các bài tập chuyển động khoan thai và một bài tĩnh công tọa thiền, kết hợp với một bộ bài giảng đạo đức tập trung vào các nguyên lý chân, thiện, và nhẫn.<br /><br />Sau khi ông Lý phổ truyền pháp môn này ra công chúng ở Trung Quốc vào đầu những năm 1990, ước tính có khoảng 100 triệu người đã bước vào tu luyện. Kể từ đó, môn tu luyện này đã được truyền rộng tại hơn 100 quốc gia trên thế giới.<br /><br />Ông Lý đã bốn lần được đề cử giải Nobel Hòa bình và được Nghị viện Âu Châu đề cử cho Giải thưởng Sakharov về Tự do Tư tưởng.
