"content": "THE PIECE OF MANIFESTATION YOU’VE BEEN MISSING IN YOUR LIFE ☆☆<br /><br />All too often, clients, friends, family, total strangers contact me wanting to change, wanting to do better, to know better, to feel better. Regardless of where each of them are in their journey’s they are all missing one crucial tidbit - THEY AREN’T HARNESSING THE POWER OF THEIR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND. <br /><br />If you are unfamiliar with the subconscious, that’s alright, you do not need to understand it per se to dabble in its magic, but if there is one thing you SHOULD know - it is this: THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND DOES NOT [I REPEAT] DOES NOT UNDERSTAND NEGATIONS. <br /><br />Whether you realize it or not, you’ve got a conversation reel rolling in your head. You are literally talking to your subconscious day in and day out…. But are you talking to your subconscious in a way that supports your goals, dreams, and higher aspirations? Or are you inadvertently shunting yourself from a prosperous fulfilling life? <br /><br />Be conscious of your thoughts, for they are the instructions for your auto-pilot programming that is the subconscious. When someone wants to quit smoking and reiterates “I don’t smoke,” “I don’t want cigarettes,” “I don’t need cigarettes,” the subconscious scraps the negations and the instructions received are: I smoke, I want cigarettes, and I need cigarettes, thereby becoming fixated on, a subconscious (unconscious) level, the very act one is trying to cease. <br /><br />Here’s where the glass half full comes in - Rather than focus on what you DON’T WANT, shift your thoughts (and hence your subconscious) on what you DO WANT. AKA: “I make choices that fuel my health,” “my lungs are healthy and clear”.
