Progheads aren't much better, but at least they don't have a persecution complex. Anyway, because I absolutely love this piece of noise and shockingly haven't posted about it before, here is an actual Siouxsie and the Banshees song (albeit one that was a Dance-Pop-Rock Hit Single and is probably therefore only slightly less verboten than my previous post). The musical landscape on this one is quite colorful, and being a color-junkie at heart, I fuckin' bop to it. The metallic opening synth noise, the clanging bell-tone keyboards, and the rhythm guitar/drum section just scratch every itch in my brain; then, on top of that excellence, Siouxie sounds like a spirit from the B.C. era come to life to fuss at you about the eruption of Vesuvius. It's so good. Man, I love when arty weirdos make pop – it's so INTERESTING!

https://youtube.com/watch?v=Ruq33iAxL5k ",

\n\nhttps://youtube.com/watch?v=Ruq33iAxL5k ",
