"content": "I want to talk on self inflicted seeds of anger in the work place (Some may say toxicity) and how to deal with it . More so how not to deal with it . <br /><br />I strongly believe in the restitution of harms in the souls of mankind. In the work place there are always those who have worked in their field for many many years. Thay are not happy or feal empty in what they do as there is no fulfillment in what they do any more. . Stuck and destroying themselves..<br /><br />The way this effects the workplace negatively goes deep . It starts with a worker's acquiescence of minor grievances over and over but not seeking solutions to them . The employer sees it as poinsoning the well so to speak . Later on it turns into not wanting to support the business and lack of productivity. Then over recreations and then leading to multiple employees turning on the worker or the employer .Eventually the worker quits or gets fired . All because of that emptiness he or she feels in their work . <br /><br />Working for just a paycheck is not fulfillment of the soul . Dose not mean that stopping the ability to achieve a living is needed . It means sacrifice to fulfill your goals in life matter . Staying static is poison to the soul . Grow , live and learn ...<br /><br />The way you deal with this is not firing someone but approaching it in a positive way . A way to offer a path to help that person grow for the benefit of your company. If you have friends or contacts to help that person that would be beneficial to them and works to your benefit well making that person whole again. If it means removing them from a site and placing them elsewhere so they can be happy it is reasonable . Firing a employee helps no one .. The only reason in my book to fire a employee is when they are a risk to employees or the business itself . <br /><br />I speak these words today in response to a never ending state of workers. I observe that alot are not happy with what they are doing but not wanting to change it .Not wanting to grow , live and learn . Who only work for money and not for their happiness. It's sad really. <br />",
