Probably sitting around 10-11% body fat right now. Training about 1-1.5 hours total a day right now, cardio included. I've always taken my physical fitness and health pretty serious. Being active duty Army has really challenged my commitment and ability to be a better overall athlete.Mentally the gym is the place that keeps me sane at the end of the day. Constantly keeps me busy and learning in a positive way. I have a mind that needs to be worked day in and day out other wise I'll feel I'm wasting time.Back to the point, lately I've really been able to dial in my body well. Surprisingly I didn't do it by focusing on my looks for once. I worked on learning more proper technique in my lifts, focusing on programming strength gains in a powerlifting style. Biggest thing yet is adapting to only eating to fuel my body in what it needs, adapting my nutrition to my activity level,not just eating for the sake of eating.
