"content": "There is currently a mainstream push to censor your thoughts, intellect, and reactions. Are you paying attention yet?<br />.<br />.<br />“Don’t think about it and you’ll be fine”- While this statement is soo OBVIOUSLY invalidating and BLATANLY a form of mental escape, there are among many other more subtle forms of its kind that are not so obvious.<br />.<br />.<br />I have been delving into these concepts which have been misconstrued and want to help break them down here so we can all gain insight and learn the upgrades to them. The mainstream is pushing for extremely passive, nonjudgmental, non reactive, and non thinking individuals to quite literally send you of into a space void in an astronaut suit while isolating you from this very real world and your very needed emotions . 👩🏼🚀👨🏽🚀 <br /><br />BTW not to get all conspiratorial but The further out we go into this imaginary fantasy land of bliss, the more we are willing to accept things we wouldn’t normally do so if we were having normal HUMAN reactions. ( more on that later) <br />.<br />.<br />So Here are a list of not so obvious forms of these sneaky statements that promote an unconscious sense of detachment, isolation, and invalidation from your experiences. Watch carefully, because they are becoming heavily popularized and more sneaky to disarm and replace your natural intelligence with an artificial one. <br />.<br />.<br /><br />In an upcoming post I’ll share some upgrades and explain the Difference between invalidation and healthy forms of communication when disagreeing with someone’s experience. Unfortunately, there is also a big misunderstanding when it comes to disagreeing with someone and invalidating them. "content": "In order to face truth I had to first and foremost let go of the lies I told myself.<br />it starts with suppression then leads to denial which then leads to delusion. I know that’s a strong word most people don’t want to hear. To think you have let a part of yourself exist in a form of de-lusion sounds harsh and extreme. But when we break down the word we understand: ‘act of deluding or of being deluded’ of truth/reality. We’ve been conditioned to believe that security, acceptance, and approval are contingent on showing our love. This comprehension of love has suffocated and muted us. .<br />.<br />Sometimes, What we initially consider to be loving and accepting is in fact the very opposite, whereas what we consider to be judging or truth telling is the greatest demonstration of love that exists. Understanding this gives me a deep feeling of relief knowing that we no longer need to pacify one another with comfortable lies. Think about how powerful that is 💛<br />.<br />.<br />Love encompasses Truth. <br />Truth is potent, life altering, it thaws us out. The thawing process is painful but necessary. 💓💓💓<br />When we acknowledge rather than discredit and run away from any fear or pain associated with increased knowledge, we shine the light on our triggers thus strengthening our ability to grow and evolve. .<br />.<br />✨✨ LOVE = TRUTH. If you care, you will speak the truth whether that is in a relationship to others, via a platform, or just sharing your message. ✨<br /><br />The upgrade here is that we can break free from the mentality that the avoidance of struggle is loving. I think deep down it has a lot to do with being validated and accepted since <br />you're going to get more “pat on the back” if you go with what people agree with than if not. Whenever you go against any type of crowd and push past the edges of Society that tends to threatens people to some degree because it confuses them and what they stand for. <br /><br />I think it’s important to be aware of the intentions behind certain trends/agendas/concepts etc... while at the same time understanding that what calls our attention or lack of it does not make us in any way superior to those who have different passions that don’t necessarily interest us. I think this tends to happen with certain movements especially in the wellness/spiritual community where we can easily think we are “better” for following a certain ideology than those that don’t. This type of thinking can blind us to accepting new forms if insight and information because it feels better and feeds our ego to think we’ve had the right answer all along than to let go, unlearn, and relearn. <br /><br />Keep in mind that many trends tend to be manufactured and fake so it’s important to check in with the intention and root of whatever movement you are supporting. <br /><br />It is also especially important in times like these for us to learn how to properly communicate and accept feedback from one another if we want others to listen to what we are saying and if we want to remain open to listen to what others want to speak. We all have our life experiences, values, and programming that helped shape the way we<br />think and feel. Certain people are going to hear you out because they can accept multiple perspectives without having a charged emotional reaction to what you are saying. And Many people will not listen and become threatened. <br /><br />Here’s something useful I’ve realized as I’ve been learning effective ways to communicate:<br /><br />- realize that speaking the truth is sometimes going to cost you something. Be okay with that. <br />- know the tactics used to get you to accept an idea. Educate people on this. <br />- Familiarize yourself with how manipulation/mind control works.
