The NTSB PRELIMINARY report has been available for a month and a half so NYT only now lying about it is stupid and insane.<br /><br />ATC should have never had those two aircraft in the same piece of sky. YES, the chopper pilots made some mistakes and could have done better but that is not the primary cause.<br /><br />Also, I am not claiming that this lady was a great pilot, I truly do not know, none of us knows, but her low hours and having already spent a tour at the white house does raise some red flags.",
