Rinse & repeat!<br /><br />📅 Tip #1 - Schedule it<br />Make time for yourself by blocking your calendar. If you don’t plan your workouts, they won’t happen! As Stephen Covey wisely said: “The key is not to prioritize what is on your schedule, but to schedule your priorities”.<br /><br />⌚ Tip #2 - Do 10 minutes<br />Don’t feel like working out today? Put on your favorite class and tell yourself you’ll only do the first 10 minutes. Better yet, if you have our Fit & Flexible for Life program, just login and do any class as they’ve all been optimized for 10 minutes. <br /><br />🌅 Tip #3 - Do it first thing in the morning<br />This is my favorite motivation hack! Whether I feel like it or not, I always do my workout first thing in the morning. I don’t even think about it anymore… just like brushing my teeth… I just wake up and work out. It has become an automatic habit.<br /><br />📵 Tip #4 - Remove distractions<br />Is your dog jumping on you while you’re trying to work out? Kids coming in? Notifications lighting up your phone like it’s the fourth of July? Close the door, silence your phone and take some well-deserved me time. You’ll feel energized afterwards.<br /><br />💡 Tip #5 - Make a go-to backup plan<br />Life happens… so it’s best to just plan for it! What is your go-to backup plan if you miss a workout? Here are some examples: Go for a walk after dinner. Catch a 30-minute class during lunch or on Saturday morning. <br /><br />😊 So tell me, which of these tips will you try today? Their back hurts. “Insert latest pain here”.
