"content": "Covid-19 what is happening in Vietnam.<br />Stage 1, from January 23, 2020: 16 cases, including a man 66 yrs from Wuhan traveling to Vietnam, who later infected his son and a hotel staff. Six Vietnamese working for a Japanese company were sent to Wuhan for training, one of whom infected 6 others. It is worth noting during this period that hundreds of people with suspected symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath were isolated and monitored by the state but no test results, or the conclusion was negative, a officials explained that the cases had progressed well, so there was no need for testing. Initially, I wondered how this was done by the government, but later realized that due to limited resources, the government could not test all suspected cases, but also temporarily assured that they were isolated from the community. There were a number of unexplained deaths, but all were concluded not due to covid-19. During this period, Vietnam isolated Son Loi commune, where 11 people were ill. Authorities are also confused in a number of decisions such as sending students to school, leaving school, going to school, leaving school, etc., or how to block the border with China. Vietnamese officials are starting to think about declaring an end of epidemic if there is no new case within 1 month.<br />Stage 2: This stage begins with a flight from London, Vietnam discovers that some business-class people, including a daughter of a businessman, have traveled to Italy, France and England, a theorist of the Communist Party, the Minister of Planning and Investment and the mission of the ministry, tourists. This flight later found 13 people infected, the minister and delegation officials are reported to be negative for Sars-Covi-2, but until the end of the quarantine period, the minister has not been seen. Then, except for one case from Korea, all the remaining patients came from Europe or the US, 123 cases, no Chinese have been found infected since the first case, This case raises doubts in the community when many Chinese laborers work in Vietnam.<br />In the first time, the Vietnamese government only isolated those with signs of infection, those who were in contact with these people were advised to self-isolated, the rest were still free to move around community, Some cases have been found in the community, some cases have spread to many others. Just in the last week, the government was forced to quarantine all passengers entry to Vietnam.
