"content": "Vì sao phải cần quốc hội thông qua luật Đặc khu trong khi các nơi đó đã chuẩn bị gần xong?<br /><br />Vì cần hợp thức hóa để nếu có thay đổi chế độ thì nước Việt Nam vẫn phải thực thi các điều khoản đã ký kết. Dù sao đi nữa, trên danh nghĩa quốc hội vẫn là đại diện của nhân dân. Quốc hội thông qua thì nhân dân phải chịu trách nhiệm và đất nước vẫn phải thực thi, cho dù chế độ có thay đổi.<br /><br />Như vậy chúng đã chuẩn bị cho tình huống xấu nhất là sau khi thông qua luật Đặc khu sẽ bị nhân dân đứng lên thay đổi chế độ. Miễn sao quốc hội đã thông qua thì các kẻ chóp bu đã hoàn thành nghĩa vụ với TQ, được chung chi và được bảo vệ hoặc tự đi định cư nước ngoài.<br /><br />Các công an, dlv, cán bộ cấp thấp hãy suy nghĩ. Không phải tự dưng Vân Đồn vẫn xây cất rầm rộ khẩn trương trong khi luật Đặc khu vẫn chưa được thông qua đâu. Tiền đâu mà xây lớn thế nếu không phải vốn từ TQ? Và TQ có dại dột bỏ tiền ra khi chưa có kí kết? Vì sao Quảng Ninh nằng nặc hối thúc thông qua đặc khu?<br /><br /><br />Hình: Hãy đề phòng với trò \"trưng cầu dân ý\" trá hình này. Chúng sẽ mời đi nghe tuyên truyền về đặc khu, không nghe cũng chẳng sao. Chúng chỉ cần có mặt để sau này nói láo là \"nhân dân đồng thuận\".
