It's almost as if they care more about profit then they care about their promises to you, the users.<br /><br />2)they can't manage to make anything here work and keep adding more features nobody particularly wants that only break everything to the point of the entire system being nonfunctional for weeks after every single update they've done the entire time I've been here. They can't make tags work properly. They can't make the translation feature work at all. Up until recently, the boostfeed function didn't work at all, let alone as intended. I switched back to android after using a shitty iphone the last few years and I was hoping that with a new phone, maybe the many many many many bugs on the iphone would vanish. NOPE! That is a big fat fucking NO! Same goddamn bugs. The currently most annoying of which is the fact that with the ridiculous way you've set up replies, every time I try to reply to someone's reply, the screen keeps going schizo and keeps autoscrolling back to the top of the page. Do you know how frustratingly hard it is to write an intelligent response to something when you can't even see what you're writing because your screen keeps on flipping the fuck out and scrolls up and then down and then scrolls up and then down? As another poster previously mentioned, the autoplay doesn't work properly and will turn itself on despite not being clicked on. Or, as the best example, I'll click on another post and go back to the main feed and the autoplay will start playing on a video I already watched and I have to scroll all the way through my feed to find it and turn it off. I've been here for how many years now and you keep adding new shit that doesn't work and WORSE YET DON'T FIX THE OLD SHIT THAT NEVER WORKED! The single most glaringly annoying example of this is how the boostfeed function has literally NEVER worked and how the hot/latest/top function didn't work up until a few months ago. I'm so fucking tired of the boostfeed shitting the same goddamn shitty spam post on my feed like 20 times in a row and NO OTHERS. Pretty sure the point of boostfeed is to shit one post on thousands of feeds, not the same post 50 times on ONE feed. Fucking fix this shit, I'm getting fed up. I should've just closed my account like I was going to in July coz clearly, you guys can't sort basic functionality out. It's been almost 4 years now I think that I've been here and truly, on two different platforms, this app is the absolutely worst, most buggy app I've ever used in a decade on a smart phone. Lastly, don't sell me your lies of free speech. Unlike most, I've actually read your TOS. You don't provide free speech any more than the monarch of the commonwealth does. And selling us out to google and apple and allowing them to censor at will is truly heinous of you. I shouldn't have to jailbreak my phone just to use the app from you guys. As another poster previously mentioned, the autoplay doesn't work properly and will turn itself on despite not being clicked on. Or, as the best example, I'll click on another post and go back to the main feed and the autoplay will start playing on a video I already watched and I have to scroll all the way through my feed to find it and turn it off. I've been here for how many years now and you keep adding new shit that doesn't work and WORSE YET DON'T FIX THE OLD SHIT THAT NEVER WORKED! The single most glaringly annoying example of this is how the boostfeed function has literally NEVER worked and how the hot/latest/top function didn't work up until a few months ago. I'm so fucking tired of the boostfeed shitting the same goddamn shitty spam post on my feed like 20 times in a row and NO OTHERS. Pretty sure the point of boostfeed is to shit one post on thousands of feeds, not the same post 50 times on ONE feed. Fucking fix this shit, I'm getting fed up. I should've just closed my account like I was going to in July coz clearly, you guys can't sort basic functionality out. It's been almost 4 years now I think that I've been here and truly, on two different platforms, this app is the absolutely worst, most buggy app I've ever used in a decade on a smart phone. Lastly, don't sell me your lies of free speech. Unlike most, I've actually read your TOS. You don't provide free speech any more than the monarch of the commonwealth does. And selling us out to google and apple and allowing them to censor at will is truly heinous of you. I shouldn't have to jailbreak my phone just to use the app from you guys. Shameful on your part and even more shameful on big tech's part. But at least big tech isn't lying to me and pretending to give me free speech like you guys are. One more thing: you guys need to give your heads a shake and work lose some rocks that are interfering with the illogical thinking you're displaying by allowing communists and nazis, the two groups of ppl who took free speech away the fastest, to have any place on this site. And that goes for the moronic christians too, who would also take away free speech given half the chance. Instead of new paragraph, it posts the post. 2)the app constantly messes with the ringer volume on my phone. It constantly mutes my ringer for no reason. 3)the app has asked me at least 3 different times to update the app in the app store (iOS iPhone 7+) when no update is available and won't work unless I uninstall and reinstall. 4)the block function seems to work when someone blocks me but doesn't seem to work when I block someone 5)the groups function on the desktop is broken and won't load, instead of being able to see all my groups, it shows the first few and then won't load anymore, the button appears that says click to load also won't work and it just sits with the circular loading widget chasing its tail. Using a Windows desktop with chrome 6)Can't seem to access token info (ie who sent them) 7)don't see the point of tokens or crypto. I know that's not an issue but I just don't see the point, just sayin' 8)no translation function 9)no sort by language feature. The vietnamese invasion has just been completely beyond aggravating. That's great you pander to them if that's what you're into, but I'm not interested in Vietnam nor do I read vietnamese, and I'd like to only see things in english and would really like a way of making it so only posts in my language only and only in my language appear in my feed 10)there seems to be a poor or nonexistent spam filter?
