Simultaneously, parts of their reality may be a part of your illusion. This is why being together is so wonderful, building community and sharing life is what it's about! As we are able to enjoy experience with others, we help each other to fill in the gaps of our awareness. We can all teach each other beautiful things and share our existences. Illusion shouldn't be feared, but rather explored as it shifts into reality. Good energy and being sources of light and love allow our illusions and realities to shift into the same!

On the topic of change - While everything is in constant change, there are some things that change much slower when compared to the speed in which we perceive the world. Take your friends and family, for example, who you see most days. While they are always changing, the essence of who remains much closer to the same. The tree in your backyard will be very similar tomorrow. The physical pyramids around the world have remained the same for thousands of years. Those things that change slower are reference points for us. They are important markers to remind us where and when we exist.

On the topic of spectrum - Everything we experience exists somewhere on an allegorical spectrum. While I previously wrote that we never experience pure white or pure black, only ever the grey, I was wrong! There are somethings which are experienced as essence of pure white or pure black, but the important part is that the spectrum we experience is not gray...yet all colors of the rainbow! Life in color is much more awesome! I would describe joy, harmony, happiness, friendship and fun as colorful experience!

Furthermore, while suggesting that everything is moving closer to or further from the Heart of God, allegorically, it is a bit of a redundant point. Yet the true God, all things come from love and to love it all returns is comforting. 'Gods' based on hate or oppression are false, true illusions. Also, recognize yourself as a part of God/Goddess, for all are beautiful creators as well! God loves all creation.

On endless possibility - While all is possible at some level of reality, there are boundaries based on what we are experiencing. If we all woke up tomorrow and all the colors were inverted, or everything was upside down, it would be quite a trip! The waking dream would most likely collapse. As much as things change, certain things remain the same. Unknown possibility is still possibility, it hasn't been experienced. The imagination and creative mind is what opens up the unknown, combined with (or thus transforming into) expansion of awareness.

On the endless cosmic joke - Certain things such as hate, oppression, negative/ destructive energy aren't funny. Hopefully we don't experience these things directly, but when they they do arrive, it's important to learn what we must learn and let them go. Return it to source, recall love. While certain ones enjoy a dark sarcasm, most don't. Though laughter is a wonderful, healing medicine, awareness of those around us is important, for when we should laugh. Sometimes though, a moment is needed to laugh at oneself!

Freewill does fully exist. All is choice, living in the moment, and listening to yourself or the world around you. It is one's personal choice.

The Anti-Christ thoughts were a bit weird, but the important point is to still realize all things are a perspective. Know the world around you, feel, enjoy! All chains are self inflicted, certain loops just take a little longer to exit. Allow ideas like evil to exist outside of your reality.

Empathy is still extremely important and is one of the highest attributes of an evolved human. Feeling the world around you and being able to feel your true self is what is striven for. The only relationship we can truly control is the one we have with ourselves. How we are able to do this directly affects the relationships we have with the outside world. If we fail to recognize the relationship we have with ourselves, it creates a chaotic energetic karma. Self-control is where focus needs to be.
In saying this, and knowing the fallibility within the human condition, I am going to write about my own personal version of the 7 deadly sins in hope that anyone else suffering from similar circumstances can learn, and not have to suffer from mistakes or regrets that I have experienced. I urge you to learn these lessons before they become a hindrance in your own life, and if you already feel yourself experiencing similar circumstances, that you can pull yourself out of it with swiftest so you can experience joy and harmony, and enjoy the time with your friends, family and yourself.

Apathy
There have been multiple points in my life where the entire world, all my dreams have been sitting on the edge of my fingertips. As we put our true heart’s desires out, the universe will do it’s best to try and deliver these things to us. At other times, responsibilities arise in our lives, often calling us to stand up and act to support and/or work for those around us, our friends, families and neighbors to make their lives easier. Apathy is one that slows not only our own development, but the development of those around us.
While there are times we seem to try and take on more responsibility than is necessary, there are others when the responsibilities and awareness we do recognize must be put into action. In some circumstances, if we don’t, others can get hurt. Our lack of action can sometimes be the worst action. Don’t fall into the trap of laziness. While sometimes the best action can be no action, lack of action when it’s needed to move yourself or others forward is a Jay certified deadly sin. Know the difference. As my father often told me, ‘lazy effort gives lazy result’.

Entitlement
Living in foreign countries for a significant chunk of my life after growing up in North America, it took me a long time to realize I was a part of the problem. Entitlement can take many forms. While it’s important to recognize our gifts and talents, it is also important to realize we have to work to put them to good use for ourselves and for others. Expecting everyone else to do everything for you is not contributing to harmony of all. While recognizing we each have different talents, (some are drivers, thinkers, supporters, leaders, etc.) overestimating ourselves where we may have weaknesses does no one any good. Privilege is just that, a privilege and should never be taken for granted.
While my education and upbringing provided me many opportunities and knowledge, as I lived in countries with poorer economies than the one I’d come from, it took me time to truly innerstand that everyone has something to contribute. We all have different expertise, and take turns being the alpha of something, the beta of something, the omega of something and so on. Being honest with ourselves and others around us about what self-awareness levels or skills we have is how we contribute to the greater good. No one knows everything, not even God/Goddess itself.

Selfishness
A natural companion of entitlement, only having our own self interest in mind, whether consciously or not, obviously helps no one. Selflessness and humility allow us to grow. There are certain sacrifices we must make for the lives around us. When we give of ourselves, operating from a place of our own expertise, our communities support us. This gives us the ability to all work on and develop our weaknesses.
There is another balance to be met, where we still must recognize what we need in our environment to be healthy, supported and to achieve a certain level of comfort. This comfort creates a breeding ground for success. We flash in and out of moments where we must focus on ourselves before we can help others, but self-preservation is only worthwhile if we will convert it into saving energy to give to others. Humans are a community species, much like elephants, lions, ants, apes and their examples of working together for the betterment of all is one that we sometimes forget. Think about it, what’s the point of living in an ivory tower if you’ve no one to share it with?

Ignorance
Related to entitlement, blind ignorance can have a negative affect on the world around us. This one is tricky, because I have also experienced how for some, situations pending, ignorance can truly be bliss. I am reminded of the scene from the movie ‘A Few Good Men’... ‘You want the truth? You can’t handle the truth!’. Nevertheless, as our awareness increases about the world around us, denial can put ourselves or others at risk. A careful balance of ‘ignorance is bliss’ and ‘once you know, you can’t unknow’, I believe is important. There are still some things we must choose to forgive ourselves and/or others, and power on through. As it says in the Art of War (I believe that’s where I read it), sometimes we must know when to live to fight another day. If anyone has advice on this particular topic, I’m eager to hear, as I feel this one is still difficult for me to communicate my thought process.

Self-Deprecation
As many artistic types I’m sure are aware, attempting to experience the entire spectrum of human emotion often leads to this one. Whether it is self-inflicted pain and suffering and/or a lack of confidence in certain situations, lack of love for self can be one of the worst things we can do. The energy we experience is what we often have reflected back. Comparing ourselves and our process directly to others is not always the best course of action. While knowing that we are all one at some level, and that we can see ourselves in our current, past and future states in others, direct comparison can lead to jealousy, which leads to self-deprecation.
Yet, as a sign of hope for those suffering from these issues, I direct you to the Devil card, #15 in the Tarot. The ‘Tarot of the Spirit’ deck has beautiful artwork for this card. There are two people with a ring and chain around them. Upon further inspection, one can see that the chains are easily removed. I wrote a lyric ‘am I living in a self-inflicted prison?’... Here’s the kicker, all prisons we live in are self-inflicted. If you don’t like something, you have the ability to change it. Be the change you wish to see. Thanks Ghandi!

Hypocrisy
To be honest, I don’t think most hypocrites realize they are so. Hypocrisy comes from an internal self-dishonesty. We all have ideals that we believe in. We know that in an ideal world, everyone would abide by those principles and everything would be great. Unfortunately, preaching an ideal that we don’t ourselves truly believe due to our individual experiences and beliefs isn’t much different than lying to ourselves. ‘Just as I am, without one plea’ is a common Christian hymn. There is such beautiful in our differences! It’s what makes life super awesome!
I think of the ideal of a perfect physical specimen of a human. This human wouldn’t take chemicals into their body, work out and be extremely fit, eat only organic, etc. Sorry, I love my cigarettes, cookies and drive-through burgers too much. My personal choices are not going to change the ideal blueprint of how the ideal human would treat their physical body. (To be honest, I believe the mind can overcome the physical body, but we’re going to enjoy some generalities for the sake of this point). The Gnostics were able to break down philosophy into two words: Know Thyself. Doing this, and being honest with ourselves is the key to overcoming hypocrisy.

Control
No one has the right to force others to do anything against their will. Slavery is dead, an old school antiquated concept. Yet, in the world, I’ve experienced many attempting to control others through various forms of manipulation and/or outright displays of dominance. We can only truly exert self-control, and allow those around us to agree to relationships based on how we behave and treat them. We can observe bio-mimicry in nature as an example. Systems of symbiotic relationships create thriving eco-systems. Relationships need to be two-way streets, where each party involved feels they are giving and receiving.
Additionally, it is important that we listen and pay attention to what our relationship partners, whatever forms they take are saying to us. Our own personal desires do not override someone else’s. Open and honest communication is key to developing healthy relationships. If we lie to ourselves or others, or keep things bottled up, we are only contributing to a potentially sick environment. Finding compromises all parties agree to are the key. Relationships must be give and take. Selflessness when it comes to control is important. If you truly love something, set it free, and it will return back to you, in one form or another. Existence as a whole is love and harmony. The pure hearts and minds’ intentions will always have the most power. Even the smallest candle flame pierces the darkness.
Regardless of where you find yourself in existence, I hope that these words and my struggles allow your path to be that much easier. Wisdom is learning from the mistakes of others so we don’t need to experience them ourselves. In this way, we all contribute to each other’s evolution. Much love.", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/768193776509263890/followers" ], "tag": [], "url": "https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/842047519299317760", "published": "2018-05-12T14:36:13+00:00", "source": { "content": "Relationships do not only exist with the external world. \n\nEntitlement\nLiving in foreign countries for a significant chunk of my life after growing up in North America, it took me a long time to realize I was a part of the problem. \nWhile my education and upbringing provided me many opportunities and knowledge, as I lived in countries with poorer economies than the one I’d come from, it took me time to truly innerstand that everyone has something to contribute. We all have different expertise, and take turns being the alpha of something, the beta of something, the omega of something and so on. Being honest with ourselves and others around us about what self-awareness levels or skills we have is how we contribute to the greater good. No one knows everything, not even God/Goddess itself. \n\nSelfishness\nA natural companion of entitlement, only having our own self interest in mind, whether consciously or not, obviously helps no one. Selflessness and humility allow us to grow. There are certain sacrifices we must make for the lives around us. When we give of ourselves, operating from a place of our own expertise, our communities support us. This gives us the ability to all work on and develop our weaknesses. \nThere is another balance to be met, where we still must recognize what we need in our environment to be healthy, supported and to achieve a certain level of comfort. Think about it, what’s the point of living in an ivory tower if you’ve no one to share it with?\n\nIgnorance\nRelated to entitlement, blind ignorance can have a negative affect on the world around us. \n\nSelf-Deprecation \nAs many artistic types I’m sure are aware, attempting to experience the entire spectrum of human emotion often leads to this one. \nYet, as a sign of hope for those suffering from these issues, I direct you to the Devil card, #15 in the Tarot. \n\nHypocrisy\nTo be honest, I don’t think most hypocrites realize they are so. It’s what makes life super awesome!\nI think of the ideal of a perfect physical specimen of a human. \n\nControl\nNo one has the right to force others to do anything against their will. \nAdditionally, it is important that we listen and pay attention to what our relationship partners, whatever forms they take are saying to us. \nRegardless of where you find yourself in existence, I hope that these words and my struggles allow your path to be that much easier. Wisdom is learning from the mistakes of others so we don’t need to experience them ourselves. In this way, we all contribute to each other’s evolution. Something that you said may take minutes, hours, days or years to come back, but rest assured, it will come back to you. We all have our own senses, each choosing to focus on different levels of simplicity or complexity. Sometimes, the patterns are easier to read using a very simple system. For others, a more complex approach is required. Until you can truly recognize yourself as being everywhere at once, there is only one place to start: knowing yourself and developing self-control and recognition.

I recall my first moment in which I could recognize a distinct change in consciousness. I had been sitting, thinking, and a moment occurred when all of a sudden everything lined up and my mind went 'POP'! I had connected enough threads which catalyzed all things into a single new awareness. I walked out into the world, and all of a sudden I saw every other human as myself.

After years of saying that I felt as though everyone were my kids, the moment arrived when I not only understood this in deeper innerstanding, but the external world reflected the same back upon me. Each face, each pair of eyes were a reflection of me. While each consciousness is no doubt unique, I knew that what I had felt for so long was undoubtedly true. I had been born again into a world of me, split into family. I wept with joy.

I walked to my best friend Roberto's house at the time, my band mate and when I saw him, I knew that he was my son. While physics and better rational judgement would tell me this is crazy, a Guatemalan man nearly twice my human age, in my heart and soul, I was 1000% certain. When I saw him, I didn't even need to say anything - he already knew it. We laughed!

We spent the next few hours sharing and learning, and for maybe the first time, despite carrying the feeling of being an ancient soul for years before, I felt like a father. It was pure wonder. I was left awestruck, strolling through my small town streets and seeing eyes that I had known since they had first opened. Even in this moment, I sit here holding back tears recalling the glory of that day. Yet, the slow time trivial of the world didn't allow the moment to stay forever. After a few days, though my sight was forever changed, I started to forget that pure feeling.

Consciousness, however, has a way of speeding up, a sort of snowball effect. All things being energy, from that first moment of new awareness, my mind continued to connect patterns in more and more ways, faster and faster. A few days later, I experienced a second moment of evolution - I realized in a split second, laying on my bed staring at the ceiling that the waking 'reality' world and the dream world were no different. I started walking through the eternal dreamspace.

'Help me realize, that every pair of eyes, ain't any different than mine.
When I look inside, be they dark or light, I know those eyes, those eyes are my eyes.'

I wrote these lyrics not long after to remind myself of that glorious moment, and how the universe is each a reflection of our own individual consciousnesses. I paid attention to more and more around me. Every person I met, it was like talking into a mirror. As they expressed joy, I completely understood their joy and could fully enjoy the moment with them. When they shared their problems, I noticed the exact same issues and emotions within myself, and I could fully empathisize with them. It was easy - I had always been an empathic feeler, and with the upgrade in consciousness, I experienced it even more directly.

As I continued to experience over the following months, my awareness turned to other stimuli and energy. I continued to add more information to the mix, and while I was most definitely growing, I was also growing further away from the direct experience of that complete oneness. I grew tainted by the parts of my mind of impurity which in those first few moments had been completely disregarded for the pure truth. Though it might make you feel a little strange, given the fact that we experience such perceived separation from each other, we are all truly brothers and sisters, family split from the same cloth. My dad used to joke about when you're doing something unpleasant, it's like kissing your sister (or brother)...well, in the grand scheme of the universe, that's really all we know how to do!

Luckily, to make things more comfortable for the rational mind, we have split into so many different parts over infinite time (which doesn't really exist either, at least not in the way we perceive it - more on this in the Time group). I am reminded of a humorous song from the movie 'Coneheads (1993)', where one of the characters sings 'I'm my own grandpa'. This too, on a consciousness level is also true. As consciousness develops and splits, it becomes more and more complex in the way it reflects back upon us.

Since our consciousnesses have developed independently, our associations and unique self-awareness will all be different. While ten people might hear the same dog bark, all ten of those individuals may (or may not) associate the barking of that dog as a different flow of energy. This is the beauty of a diversified world within the oneness of everything. Things would be really boring if we were all the same.

I have previously written in 'Dreamweaver' (check it out on my channel) that God is like a child sitting in a room. This child is a magic child, and at one point it was you, in your own sense! It can create out of the void once it recognizes external/ internal energies. If this child consciousness never split itself, it would forever be a floating thought in an eternal blackness. While this is a common goal in many schools of meditation, to achieve nothingness or complete silence inside the mind, I for one see it in many ways as a rather pointless endeavor. Sure, a moment of that style of control is nice and all, but it is returning back to the very beginning of where we come from, and would truly be an eternal hell if we had to remain in that dark isolation.

This is why the God child version of you made a friend, the first consciousness you experienced that wasn't you. Think back to your earliest memory. Now think back before that. You, out of pure will power, boredom, loneliness or whatever else created the universe, in a way only you can read it. Maybe you made a tree first, or a dog, or a sibling. Regardless of what you made, and what sparked your consciousness, innerstand that you created the universe! What a beautiful revelation!

Know thyself. This means that you need to understand what a tree is, what a sky is and what a being means to you, and you only. As we interact with the external (and internal) world, there are many symbols which different consciousness recognize as similar enough that they are able to communicate about them in a way all parties involved can understand the reference. Yet, what I see as blue, you might see as I would see green. What I hear as a robin chirping, you might hear as a dinosaur screaming, yet because of the evolution of unique consciousness, and the fact that everything came from you (and me, and him, and her...), we are able to interact and communicate with the world in a harmonious way.

My girlfriend once told me that if she could develop a superpower, it would be to be able to see through everyone else's eyes as they do. Through meditations and energy work together, we achieved a state where this was possible - and wow did our worlds appear different! We were able to communicate about our experience in such a way that words at that point weren't necessary. Compare the experience to a shared dreamspace with someone, where you both meet up again in waking state and describe the same events or energy interpretation in your own unique style. Pretty cool huh?

This is why, in essence, no one can tell you how to increase your own self-awareness. We can use concepts, but until you reach a point where you can fuse with another consciousness, it will only be a communication of a vague concept. Think of even a simple breathing exercise or meditation. The teacher or yogi might tell you to focus on your breath, in and out. The way I experience the ebbs and flows of my breath are different than how you will experience the ebbs and flows or your breath, but there are enough similarities where we can relate.

I believe these are conversations that are well worth having if we all want to evolve together, and we should want to, because we are truly all family. While it might sound silly to say 'what do you experience when you hear Jorge's dog bark?', or 'how does a shooting star feel to you?', what better empathy training than attempting to innerstand how we individually perceive existence and our unique outerstandings? Grace's answer might be best expressed in dance, while Chuck's may be a song, while Tammy's might be to talk your ear off. All those answers are still 100% valid, and taking the time to learn from each other and develop empathy will help us reach any level we so desire.

I believe there are 3 points to starting our individual self-awareness training, and subsequent sharing of our self-awareness states with others. Firstly, we must know ourselves, which means taking the time to relearn all of our associations. What does that barking dog mean to you on a deep level? What about the color aquamarine, the taste of a banana or the thought of an island? This is a lengthy process, but knowing our own memories, experiences and surroundings are where we start. If you live on a beach on an island, island will probably be deeper embedded into your consciousness that a snowy peak if you've only seen snow on television or read about it in a book. If you grew up with a sibling, brother and/or sister may be something more important to your conscious awareness than if you didn't. Start with the symbols and energies that are most familiar to you.

Secondly, understand that different energies take different amounts of perceived time to return back to you. If you spoke Cantonese the first 10 years of your life, then moved to a French speaking country, you will still be living in 'Cantonese' energized world until you learn French language and culture. The energy is denser and concentrated, and therefore hasn't fully returned back around yet, despite the addition of new, foreign stimulus. If you watched a movie once versus watching a movie 10 times, the more frequently viewed film's energy and influence will be deeper rooted into your consciousness. Perhaps the other way around, if the movie you watched once was a horror film and scared you to the point of not watching horror movies anymore. These are but examples. Energy varies in different intensities, weights and speeds to each of our perceptions. Know thyself, and live in your own universe as we explore and share each of our unique universes. Know one will ever know your universe as you do... you created it!

Thirdly, pay attention to how the outside world perceives certain transference's of energy. How a bee interacts with a flower, how Jimmy greets Johnny or how a bolt of lightning passes a cloud are all complex relationships. One dimensional consciousness, we see the universe projecting from ourselves. Two dimensional consciousness, we see the mirror of existence. Three dimensional consciousness, we see the mirror interacting with itself, independent consciousnesses interacting outside of our direct interaction. Know, however, that these consciousness' are still parts of ourselves interacting externally. Do we notice how the energy circulates through those around us? How do these external consciousnesses affect the density, speed or weight of the energy which come in contact with them? Build your self-awareness, and as you innerstand that all energy you come in contact with is moving from the past or the future through the immediate now, you will be able to better anticipate or remember how energy flows. This is akin to truly living in the moment, knowing your mind and how all things combine to dance through your self-created universe. How beautiful, we get to share and experience each other's universes!

To summarize, as a meditation or practice...
1. Know your own associations with your world, focusing on the most common symbols you know and most frequently experiences or those best remembered.
2. Know that different energies move through time and space at different speeds, densities and weights.
3. Watch the interactions of third-party consciousnesses with each other. They are part of your reflection, and thus knowing how they each affect energy grows your self-awareness as well.

We all, due to different experiences, memories and associations view the universe in our own unique ways. You created it, though you were most likely unaware as you did so, or your consciousness did so long enough ago that you don't recall doing so. Studying seeing yourself in the world is a different process for us all. Together, as we learn and share, in quiet, self-reflection or with those around us, we all improve our consciousness levels. Focus on building better relationships with the universe around you, as it will be easier to see the reflections of your inner world (thoughts, feelings, emotions) and matching it up with external world. In time, we will all be able to evolve together! We are all family. Hold your family close, for together, regardless of how we have gotten to the immediate now, we will all be able to move forward through time and space together. It all starts with what we can each individually control - our own self-awareness. I had connected enough threads which catalyzed all things into a single new awareness. I walked out into the world, and all of a sudden I saw every other human as myself.\n\nAfter years of saying that I felt as though everyone were my kids, the moment arrived when I not only understood this in deeper innerstanding, but the external world reflected the same back upon me. Each face, each pair of eyes were a reflection of me. While each consciousness is no doubt unique, I knew that what I had felt for so long was undoubtedly true. I had been born again into a world of me, split into family. I wept with joy. \n\nI walked to my best friend Roberto's house at the time, my band mate and when I saw him, I knew that he was my son. While physics and better rational judgement would tell me this is crazy, a Guatemalan man nearly twice my human age, in my heart and soul, I was 1000% certain. When I saw him, I didn't even need to say anything - he already knew it. We laughed! \n\nWe spent the next few hours sharing and learning, and for maybe the first time, despite carrying the feeling of being an ancient soul for years before, I felt like a father. \n\nConsciousness, however, has a way of speeding up, a sort of snowball effect. \n\n'Help me realize, that every pair of eyes, ain't any different than mine. \nWhen I look inside, be they dark or light, I know those eyes, those eyes are my eyes.'\n\nI wrote these lyrics not long after to remind myself of that glorious moment, and how the universe is each a reflection of our own individual consciousnesses. \n\nAs I continued to experience over the following months, my awareness turned to other stimuli and energy. My dad used to joke about when you're doing something unpleasant, it's like kissing your sister (or brother)...well, in the grand scheme of the universe, that's really all we know how to do!\n\nLuckily, to make things more comfortable for the rational mind, we have split into so many different parts over infinite time (which doesn't really exist either, at least not in the way we perceive it - more on this in the Time group). I am reminded of a humorous song from the movie 'Coneheads (1993)', where one of the characters sings 'I'm my own grandpa'. This too, on a consciousness level is also true. As consciousness develops and splits, it becomes more and more complex in the way it reflects back upon us. \n\nSince our consciousnesses have developed independently, our associations and unique self-awareness will all be different. While ten people might hear the same dog bark, all ten of those individuals may (or may not) associate the barking of that dog as a different flow of energy. This is the beauty of a diversified world within the oneness of everything. Things would be really boring if we were all the same. \n\nI have previously written in 'Dreamweaver' (check it out on my channel) that God is like a child sitting in a room. \n\nThis is why the God child version of you made a friend, the first consciousness you experienced that wasn't you. \n\nKnow thyself. \n\nMy girlfriend once told me that if she could develop a superpower, it would be to be able to see through everyone else's eyes as they do. \n\nThis is why, in essence, no one can tell you how to increase your own self-awareness. \n\nI believe these are conversations that are well worth having if we all want to evolve together, and we should want to, because we are truly all family. \n\nI believe there are 3 points to starting our individual self-awareness training, and subsequent sharing of our self-awareness states with others. Start with the symbols and energies that are most familiar to you.\n\nSecondly, understand that different energies take different amounts of perceived time to return back to you. \n\nThirdly, pay attention to how the outside world perceives certain transference's of energy. \n\nTo summarize, as a meditation or practice...\n1. Know your own associations with your world, focusing on the most common symbols you know and most frequently experiences or those best remembered.\n2. Know that different energies move through time and space at different speeds, densities and weights.\n3. Watch the interactions of third-party consciousnesses with each other. They are part of your reflection, and thus knowing how they each affect energy grows your self-awareness as well. \n\nWe all, due to different experiences, memories and associations view the universe in our own unique ways.
