It's a very expensive bottle of \"maybe\". The ads actually make no definitive claims. It cannot claim to cure or alleviate anything and maintain supplement status. It's been around for a long time, and has gotten VERY good at this. Be careful what you think they are claiming. They don't really claim anything. They target guys who have mid-life guy issues in regards to urination. They never claim to alleviate anything. It just MIGHT help. \"Clinically Tested\" is not the same as \"clinically proven\". \"May help with\" is not the same as \"will help with\". Keep this very much in mind as to your expectations.<br /><br />Do your research. Look at every ingredient, and google it. Look at a lot of different medical sites. It's more predominantly heart-healthy than anything else. However, to their credit, the company DOES try to target the prostate with the ingredients.
