"So this isn't going to be for everybody...but it's my experience and because it's not a local social media platform I'm going to try and explain myself and my life in terms that i can't just use without creating a dangerous environment but maybe I could redirect people who don't understand and don't care to really talk to me face to face or even pen to paper it's tough because I don't care to address it in my personal or public life but it is and has been a big part of my life and I've learned to live with it live around it live without it and live with all the things that are terrible and all the things that are great that come along with this one thing and I wonder if I could be completely honest and forthcoming about it without judgment or eliciting the reactions I've come to expect the prejudice I've come to rely on would that be all I needed to let it be once and for all for good ... would it be my saving grace to help others overcome this vice or would I simply challenge them to enjoy it more ... it's not really part of the culture well not overtly part of the culture in the small southern interior town I live in however there are towns 40 k from here that culturally revolve around some of the stigma or stereotype I am here to explain and I hope to demystify without promoting or denouncing I think I'll need to cover a very broad range of people and cultures and class lines as examples but more productively I'd like to challenge the mainstream anticultural antithesis that prevails I imagine for the gradually increasing pressure and suppositions implied by the Kelowna is scheduled to be the first 15 minute smart city in BC and I was there not too long ago and it was a bit nuts it jacked a lot of time off my phone because my pat as you go service was using a 3rd party network in Nelson and in Kelowna there was a Freedom Mobile Network and I didn't have a plan that covered all the internet hot spots so I had to pay for data and I changed my number ultimately I think I'm gonna but a keno ticket today 77 75 30 14 49 19 haven't won anything in awhile so I am due for a 500$ jackpot baby Me n Lee are going to Salmo Family Thing then maybe visit "I got locked out of this account for quite a while I forgot to say Hello again, Everybody!<br /> I have a lot of stuff smeared across the internet, I guess I started a Twitter account and I got a new phone number and I forgot about Minds. So I had to go through a process with Minds to change my 2-step verification and give them my new # come to find out that my Twitter account was closed or something. Likely due to inactivity.<br />I put a lot a time and energy trying to get followers on Twitter, so much so that I forgot all about Minds. <br />It looks like I have 357 subscribers on here organically and I didnt really even try or have to tell my friends.<br />My life isn't always super stable and my internet footprint reflects my life I guess. I have had this account for 8 or 9 years, so I'm glad I didn't lose it. I am back on Minds and with all the new features its better than ever.<br />I will try to get Facebook and Linked in people to switch over, I hate both these platforms, they have only caused me trouble and makes me feel bad.<br />I enjoyed the anonymity of Twitter, as a Canadian it's a big world of regular spectacular people out there. Not everyone remembers you from High school there has to be a medium, maybe Minds is the medium. Open source, certainly bridges the gaps between the internet world and the real world. It also could mean creating a parallel economy if they don't EMP us back to the dark ages, but I think people are figuring out that getting off the big tech platforms is a fantastic idea.<br />Let's put our Minds together, I have some stability finally, and I'm back baby!<br /><br />I believe I have been here on this timeline many many times and that many times I have died before I reached this point.
