"content": "This is a story about when women kill their children and the war on men regarding custody and court. A woman named Gina Summers murdered her son Jude after a custody battle gave her and the father ( Jeff Sandberg, of Minnetonka) 50-50 custody rights. She was fighting for 50-50 custody despite the custody evaluation concluding that she suffered from mental illness. It was a losing battle and this may be what pushed her to murder-suicide.<br /><br />In a world where fathers rarely get primary or sole custody, or at least far less so than mothers, I think this story highlights the importance of custody going to the best parent and the bias against men in the court system.<br /><br />This was a failure of the court system and hopefully things change in the future because of events like these. But most likely this story will go on, ignored.
