"content": "Once we've sorted and washed all the food that we saved, there starts their transformation process! We cut them into slim pieces :knife::apple: , we place them into our dehydrator and let it dry :desert::sunrise:. Once the food is nearly rock solid we grind it, leading to the birth of a brand new product which we'll display in our next post. Some stains or mold can be washed off or simply cut out, but businesses don't have the capacity and expenses to sort out the edible food from food surplus. We take the food that would otherwise be thrown away, and then separate the good ones that are still edible from food surplus.
