"content": "each of them individually began vocalising their entirely uncoerced confessions as soon as they were in custody, they continued confessing even though advised of Miranda Rights, once brought into the interview rooms for recording, they were still relating their uncoerced confessions as the video began recording, the cops had to stop their confessions to formally on the record advise Miranda, and remind them of Miranda multiple times as they continued confessing, <br /><br />now in case you feel bad for these seemingly repentent confessioneers, thinking they might have, oops, 'accidentally' beat and g*ng-r*ped that lady, what comes through in parsing out the confessions, is that they were merely each of them downplaying their own role in the story, while attributing blame for intent and deed to another of the same group... <br />\"I was jus' watchiin', I tried to tell them to stop, but 'x' and 'y' were making me do it\"<br /><br />at this point it's important to note that a terrible crime had already taken place, a crime for which these young men were simultaneously readily and eagerly confessing to participating in, while accusing all of the others of the most serious particular pieces of the overall crime, <br /><br />why is that important to note?<br />because another man encountered that same lady as she was lying in the bushes, slowly bleeding out from the vicious assault she had suffered earlier that evening. Well, that guy also r*ped her, and then tried to beat her to death after, but was unsuccessful. she was later found by decent human beings, hospitalised, and I can't remember if she lived or not. (sorry, used to know, but my brain is old and messy now)<br /><br />the second guy, when imprisoned for other vicious crimes of inter-personal violence, took part in a program to reduce sentence time via confessions for as-yet-unsolved crimes they may have committed, <br />well one of the crimes he confessed to was this r*pe in central park, <br />so, the cops checked his story out, and indeed he had r*ped that lady, confession confirmed, evidence validated, and it was advertised publicly, <br /><br />then BLM grabbed that confession and used it to create a narrative that these men were entirely innocent, hung out to dry by an impersonal slave-state that just wants to kill black men, <br />they made up a story, sold it to you with tears and heartache, <br />but don't you forget, they're the ones that did it to her FIRST, MOST, and WORST, and they CONFESSED, of their own free will, despite being advised and invited to free, immediately available legal counsel, <br />all of them coulda had the public defender standing outside, in the room with them, advising them not to confess, <br />they chose not to, they'd rather shift the blame than tell the truth, and so they all got convicted on their lies<br /><br /><a href=\"https://nationalpost.com/entertainment/television/netflix-must-face-defamation-lawsuit-over-central-park-five-case-judge-rules\" target=\"_blank\">https://nationalpost.com/entertainment/television/netflix-must-face-defamation-lawsuit-over-central-park-five-case-judge-rules</a>?",
