"content": "So if I understand the American Election System correctly, the people vote for their preferred President, and the states then choose various Electors from the Electoral College to be sent to Washington DC where a Ring of Eagles is set up along with a variety of weapons are place and on a cold December day, the Electors have to go into the Ring of Eagles where they can use whatever weapons they can find in a Presidential Battle where the last one standing gets to declare to the entire Federal Government who the next President will be. Then the Elector must go to Boston the Boston Harbor and throw all the Tea from the old President's regime to symbolically throw it off like the Americans threw off the British Regime.<br /><br />Am I missing anything?",

"content": "It's funny. I've been writing for years. More than half my life actually, and I still don't know how it works. It's just something I do. I don't plan a lot, I never really know how to get from point A to point B... I just write... and it's almost always an adventure.<br /><br />I broke my record recently, my record for the longest single story I've ever written. I'm basically half again as long as my previous record holder, but I'm not even close to being finished.... although still nowhere close to the entirety of Wandering Wizard.<br /><br />It's amazing, since I decided to try and write at least 1000 words a day my total writing has exploded. And I don't think it's any worse than what I did previously. Probably better, but I'm not sure if I can realistically judge my own writing.<br /><br />I will say this though, there's nothing in the world like writing, at least not that I've found. Some days it's like reaching into the heavens and bringing what you find there down to earth... other days it's like struggling your way through hell, barely making progress. I feel every emotion imaginable. I celebrate with my heroes when they triumph, I mourn with them when they fail. I'm taken off guard when things I didn't expect happen, I'm on an adventure with characters I fall in love with... I have to put them through hell sometimes, even though I really don't want to...<br /><br />If one of my characters gets a chance to ask me why I made all those things happen to them, why they had to suffer and struggle.. If they ask me why I didn't make it better for them... I think I'd answer think I'd respond by saying something like, \"Would it really be better with less suffering? Maybe it hurts, maybe things might be better in some ways... but I don't think you could have found so much meaning if you didn't struggle, if you didn't suffer. Maybe you'd be happier with a peaceful life than a life of adventure... but then you wouldn't be who you are today.\"<br /><br />It's funny, I've been writing for years and I think it's given me a very different perspective than most people have.",

"content": "I had an idea for a game where you play as gods creating and influencing a world (originally the idea was that the players were playing new gods attempting to gain favor from a group of old gods who were retiring or something, but for the moment the old god favor mechanic isn't high on my design list as it can easily be added later if I want). It's a fascinating what I'm coming up with, because at the moment it seems to be a combination tile based resource management game and deckbuilding game, where the tile based resource management is how you build your deck and your deck is how you improve the tiles... also every round the players have to fight Chaos, which is attempting to destroy everything (and in classical mythological fashion, it's from the battles with Chaos that the player gain the materials to create the world).<br /><br />I am a bit concerned about table space, as in addition to building the earth, the players also build the sky, so there's effectively two boards (Earth and Sky).
