"content": "I swapped out my WiFi cameras old batteries for some higher voltage/lower amp hour cells and my little solar trickle charger keeps them at a capacity that now allows me to record 30 minutes of 480p SD footage, or 8 minutes of 720p HD footage per night.<br /><br />While my older camera cells had a higher amp hour rating, the voltage drop across the cells was too high for the camera to function in HD for long periods. The newer cells maintain a higher voltage under load and allow for sustained HD recording.<br /><br />As we progress further into the spring/summer months, I expect the recording times to increase with the extra hours of daylight.",

"content": "I can't sleep so I have been surfing the net and reading articles on astronomy websites. The past couple of months all the buzz has been about Tabby's Star (KIC 8462852) and the bizarre dimming astronomers have viewed from Earth.<br /><br />Although the Internet has been talking about the possibility of Alien mega structures such as Dyson spheres, the scientific community is still searching for answers to quell the conspiracies. Conspiracies that have only increased since the discovery of a second star with similar dimming of greater than 60% of luminous output.<br /><br />One of the widely circulated theories (one that is in no way entertained by reputable scientists) is that dimming is from a partially constructed Dyson sphere. This has lead a lot of rational people to ask could a Dyson sphere even be constructed and I recently watched a video about that very topic. The video creators and scientists they consulted were of the opinion that a Dyson sphere would be too inefficient to build when compared to the energy recovered versus the energy and resources expended to build it.<br /><br />The video and articles I have read suggest that it would be far better to build a Dyson Swarm (A group of stellar satellites) to collect enough energy to start a Kugelblitz generator. But it would come at a huge cost if us humans tried to build a Dyson swarm.<br /><br />For us to build a Dyson swarm, we would have to completely deconstruct Mercury, Venus and Mars. The Dyson swarm we could build from those planetary materials would allow us to generate enough energy to create a single Kugleblitz.<br /><br />A Kugleblitz is a 300KG mass condensed to form an artificial Quantum Singularity (miniature black hole), just like those that power the Romulan Warbirds in ST:TNG.<br /><br />From this we could harvest an almost unimaginable amount of energy from the Hawking radiation, and if applied properly, we could use such vast energy to cross interstellar space in days instead of decades.<br /><br />It just goes to that no matter the how wild the theory or hypothesis, that our ideas of energy and construction ability are minuscule in the amounts of effort it would take to make Humans a type 2 species and travel to our nearest star. A German citizen is being charged by the German government with a hate crime for calling a Jihadi a few nasty words while he was murdering innocent Germans.<br /><br />Let's not forget the fact the the very government charging this man has been the first to say to Deutsch Frauen that they are at fault for being raped by Syrian muslins at concerts, on new years eve, and randomly in the streets because \"it's their culture and you should know better\" and by saying \"only travel in groups, don't stay out late at night and keep at least 1 meter from immigrants so as not to entice them\". Seriously, WTF? That is a real life example of \"Rape culture\" and the 3rd wave western feminists remain silent.<br /><br />I swear it appears that not only are the Muslims carrying out \"Taqiyya\", but that our leaders are aiding and abetting them in their cause. How the hell did we go from seeking vengeance against radicals inspired by the literal word of their 7th century religion whom flew planes into skyscrapers to being scared of offending them to the point that we criminalise our own citizens?<br /><br />I have even noticed what is becoming an almost ideological rift in the political left and atheist communities. You have the classical liberals and genuine atheists/anti-theists opposing Islam and its hateful ideology. A German citizen is being charged by the German government with a hate crime for calling a Jihadi a few nasty words while he was murdering innocent Germans.\n\nLet's not forget the fact the the very government charging this man has been the first to say to Deutsch Frauen that they are at fault for being raped by Syrian muslins at concerts, on new years eve, and randomly in the streets because \"it's their culture and you should know better\" and by saying \"only travel in groups, don't stay out late at night and keep at least 1 meter from immigrants so as not to entice them\". Seriously, WTF? That is a real life example of \"Rape culture\" and the 3rd wave western feminists remain silent.\n\nI swear it appears that not only are the Muslims carrying out \"Taqiyya\", but that our leaders are aiding and abetting them in their cause. How the hell did we go from seeking vengeance against radicals inspired by the literal word of their 7th century religion whom flew planes into skyscrapers to being scared of offending them to the point that we criminalise our own citizens?\n\nI have even noticed what is becoming an almost ideological rift in the political left and atheist communities. You have the classical liberals and genuine atheists/anti-theists opposing Islam and its hateful ideology. And then there is the ultra-left/SJW vocal minority whom defend Islam and Muslims with the hash tags of #NotAllMuslims and #SendLoveNotHate out of what seems to be a fear of being perceived as some kind of racist or bigot.
