"content": "No more Fucking around, It’s our world and we want it back.\r<br />\r<br />The only way I can see that we can have a real democracy is to take charge of it.\r<br />Do you want your values to matter?\r<br />\r<br />I propose a system that can’t be bastardised.\r<br />\r<br />A Plugin for Minds that lets us log our core values, then vote in a local MPs that’s only purpose is to implement policy and structure based on those values.\r<br />\r<br />Have I lost you yet? To big you say, will never happen you say. All we have to do is make the framework and run a test, when it gets big enough(and it will) The people to carry it out will be voted into place, It’s that simple.\r<br />\r<br />no one to buy, because the movements of the people in government are tracked, and they are legally bound to be an open book. \r<br />These MPs will have to agree to a completely open way of governing. All expenses , meetings, progress, everything available on the net for anyone to see, and also to stand down if they do not live up to these simple terms, and make way for the next Minds voted candidate to step up.\r<br />\r<br />Any one will be able to propose policy, which gets vetted by a select group for each region, otherwise things like “I want to eat free skittles for life” may get made into policy.\r<br />\r<br />The system will be unshakeable because of the minds encryption, Anonymous and public oversight, and chosen people to filter out the chaff.\r<br />\r<br />Votes will be automatically taken based off everyones core value test.\r<br />\r<br />If you want a good education for your kid, then the system makes that change with a populous relative change to everywhere in the world.\r<br />if you want clean water, then you just added a percentage vote to clean water for everyone.\r<br />\r<br />The biggest problem with this idea is that generally people are conditioned for fear of scarcity, so people that are comfortable will be scared to change to a system that will make the world a better place for everybody, because the truth is we like to be privileged. if we can’t see the babies starving to death, then it’s ok to have 3 cars and world holidays, a lot of people in the western world don’t want change. But it’s not their fault, they were force fed the Kool Aid.\r<br />\r<br />At our core, most people are good, that is why this will work. If people voted on everything every day(as if anyone has the time) the media would be able to manipulate us to vote in non equal ways. "content": "Like many, I believe that one idea can change the world, I also believe I have had one of those ideas.\r<br />\r<br />I am writing this to reach out to anyone who has the ability to make this idea a reality.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />The idea is a plugin to the Minds encrypted messenger framework that allows individual’s core values to weigh in on government decisions.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />Individuals would do a values test to create a ‘core values profile’, and any changes to government policy would be automatically voted on by these profiles.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />This system that would facilitate true democracy, is based on three beliefs:\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />1 Most people at their core are good.\r<br />\r<br />2 Good people can be manipulated by the media.\r<br />\r<br />3 The current system is only the illusion of democracy.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />If implemented, this system would render governments’ purpose to implement the will of the people (like it is supposed to). This would be done by transparently tabling ideas to the system, which outputs the decisions, that then gets implemented by the government.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />The programming, math, and psychological test, are all beyond my ability, and so is the ability to finance the work, hence this post.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />For this to work MPs would have to be voted in that would implement the system, but it could be built and tested now. \r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />I believe this system could ring in the age of equality and care for the the planet.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />Questions for test would be things like: (possibly out of 10)\r<br />\r<br />How important is your family’s safety to you?\r<br />\r<br />How important is freedom to you?\r<br />\r<br />How important is clean drinking water to you?\r<br />\r<br />How important is having a place to sleep to you?\r<br />\r<br />Is freedom more important than having a place to sleep to you?\r<br />\r<br />is clean drinking water more important than a place to sleep to you?\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />The point is that the media won’t be able to manipulate public support for inequality because decisions are based on core values, and global superpowers will have nothing to manipulate because decisions are not made by government puppet heads, decisions are made by the core values of mankind, and are global in scope. This means that if clean drinking water is important to you, then the system can not make a decision that denies clean water to anyone else ON THE PLANET.\r<br />\r<br />Obviously changes would have to be slow as supporting systems, and dependancies will need to be aligned with chosen outcomes, but the decisions themselves will happen instantly.\r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />As soon as this plugin (or whatever other vehicle the idea manifests as) is made, it can start building momentum world wide, putting the MPs in place is just the last step (that may not even be necessary). \r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />That’s all, I am not very active on social media, and do not wish to participate in discussions about this post, so please forgive me for just throwing this out there, I am sharing this idea in the hope that someone with the means grabs it and runs with it. \r<br />\r<br /> \r<br />\r<br />Thank you for taking the time to read.
