An anonymous soldier of the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade, contacted us with a complaint about his commander, Lieutenant Colonel Anatoly Kulikovsky, who refused to grant him a vacation. His request for the vacation was ignored, cause he refused to pay money in brigade cash desk (photo of his request is pinned).<br /><br />The situation in the 28th Separate Mechanized Brigade resembles a bad joke. The brigade commander, Colonel Ruslan Valerievich Tkachuk, introduced an unofficial system of \"donations\" for receiving vacation. Soldiers who have given their debt to the Motherland on the front lines are forced to pay extra for the opportunity to see their families.<br /><br />Soldiers who risk their lives must pay the unit commander for their well-deserved leave. This causes an increase in mistrust of the officer corps, which directly affects the effectiveness of combat missions and undermines the unity of the brigade.",
