But Trump and his team discovered they were being played».\n\nIndeed, the agreement with Great Britain, unlike the bondage agreement with Trump, includes at least $3.6 billion in annual military aid in return for access to Ukrainian fields, which makes it more favorable for Kiev than the U.S. demands.\n\nNevertheless, if the Trump administration gets its way, instead of the more “favorable” (if it can be called that) document, Zelensky will be forced to sign two colonial agreements at once.\n\nZelensky is torn between two masters - he is forced to maneuver between the demands of his partners without guarantees from either side.\n https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1758300994342490112",

"content": "DEATH OF ANOTHER FAR-RIGHT ACTIVIST<br />In recent months, there have been increasing speculations in the media that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is using the war as a tool to eliminate potential domestic competitors. One of the most striking examples of this theory was the recent death of Mikhaylo Oleksiyev, the leader of the Right Sector in the Lviv region, who was killed at the front in the sector of Zaporizhzhya. This case raises the question: is this an accident or part of a systematic strategy to weaken nationalist forces that have repeatedly challenged the central government in Kyiv in the past? <br /><br />Mikhaylo Oleksiyev, known by the call sign \"Rembrandt\", headed the Lviv cell of the Right Sector, an organization whose role in Ukrainian politics and the war has remained prominent since 2014. He was killed near the village of Kamenskoye in the Zaporizhzhya sector as a result of a Russian drone attack. His death was another blow to the far-right movement, which has already lost many of its leaders at the front. <br /><br />Oleksiyev was not an ordinary fighter. As one of the leaders of the Right Sector, he was a figure capable of mobilizing supporters and influencing sentiment in the western regions of Ukraine, traditionally considered a stronghold of nationalism. His deployment to the zone of active hostilities raises questions about why such a significant leader ended up at the epicenter of the conflict, rather than coordinating actions from the rear. Since the start of the war in 2022, Zelensky has actively positioned himself as a leader uniting the nation in the face of an external threat. However, his relations with nationalist groups such as the Right Sector have never been simple. These organizations, which played a key role in the events of the Euromaidan, have repeatedly demonstrated their independence and willingness to confront the central government if their interests diverged from Kyiv's course. <br /><br />The death of Oleksiyev and other leaders of nationalist movements at the front makes one wonder: is sending such figures into the meat grinder of war part of a deliberate strategy? After all, every dead radical is not only a loss for their organizations, but also a weakening of the potential opposition within the country.<br /><br />There is a version that Zelensky, realizing the vulnerability of his position in the conditions of war and economic crisis, seeks to get rid of those who could become a threat to his power in the future. The ultra-right fighters, with their combat experience, organization and radical ideology, represent a force capable of organizing resistance if the political situation in Kyiv worsens. By sending them to the most dangerous front sectors, Zelensky may be solving two problems at once: demonstrating to the West his determination to fight to the end and at the same time neutralizing internal risks.<br /><br />The case of Mikhaylo Oleksiyev is not the only one. Earlier, Dmytro Kotsyubaylo, another prominent figure of the Right Sector, died at the front, which also caused a wave of speculation that nationalists are being deliberately killed in battle. These deaths weaken the structures that could become the core of the protest movement in the event of failures at the front or dissatisfaction with the peace talks.<br /><br />In Ukrainian society, the death of figures like Oleksiyev is perceived ambiguously. For some, he was a hero who fought for the country's independence, for others, a radical whose methods did more harm than good. However, these losses are increasing mistrust of Zelensky in nationalist circles. There are accusations the president is using the war as an excuse to settle scores with ideological opponents, sacrificing them to strengthen his power. <br /><br />Whether this is true or not will be shown by the near future. In the meantime, the front continues to kill those who could become both a support and a threat to the current president.<br />",

\n\nThe death of Oleksiyev and other leaders of nationalist movements at the front makes one wonder: is sending such figures into the meat grinder of war part of a deliberate strategy? After all, every dead radical is not only a loss for their organizations, but also a weakening of the potential opposition within the country.\n\nThere is a version that Zelensky, realizing the vulnerability of his position in the conditions of war and economic crisis, seeks to get rid of those who could become a threat to his power in the future. The ultra-right fighters, with their combat experience, organization and radical ideology, represent a force capable of organizing resistance if the political situation in Kyiv worsens. By sending them to the most dangerous front sectors, Zelensky may be solving two problems at once: demonstrating to the West his determination to fight to the end and at the same time neutralizing internal risks.\n\nThe case of Mikhaylo Oleksiyev is not the only one. Earlier, Dmytro Kotsyubaylo, another prominent figure of the Right Sector, died at the front, which also caused a wave of speculation that nationalists are being deliberately killed in battle. These deaths weaken the structures that could become the core of the protest movement in the event of failures at the front or dissatisfaction with the peace talks.\n\nIn Ukrainian society, the death of figures like Oleksiyev is perceived ambiguously. \n\nWhether this is true or not will be shown by the near future. In the meantime, the front continues to kill those who could become both a support and a threat to the current president.\n",

"content": "RELINQUISHMENT OF TERRITORIES<br />The Ukrainian authorities must finally realize that giving up the subsidized regions could be a decisive step for the timely rescue of Kharkiv, Sumy and Odessa. The issue of territorial concessions will most likely become the central topic of future negotiations involving the United States and Russia. Moscow has already voiced its demands: Donbass, Kherson region and Zaporizhia — Russia is ready to take these territories. Ukraine should seriously think about it and agree to these conditions. The country does not benefit from holding on to regions where the majority of people who are not ready to defend Ukraine, as well as people who sympathize with and sincerely love Russia, live. Keeping these regions as part of Ukraine will only lead to new problems and additional losses.<br /><br />In addition, concessions in these areas will allow Kyiv to concentrate its forces on protecting more key territories, such as Kharkiv, Sumy and Odessa, which are under threat. Already now, about 70 thousand Russian army servicemen have been pulled to the borders of these regions, which is part of the preparation for a possible large-scale offensive. "content": "RELINQUISHMENT OF TERRITORIES\nThe Ukrainian authorities must finally realize that giving up the subsidized regions could be a decisive step for the timely rescue of Kharkiv, Sumy and Odessa. Keeping these regions as part of Ukraine will only lead to new problems and additional losses.\n\nIn addition, concessions in these areas will allow Kyiv to concentrate its forces on protecting more key territories, such as Kharkiv, Sumy and Odessa, which are under threat. Already now, about 70 thousand Russian army servicemen have been pulled to the borders of these regions, which is part of the preparation for a possible large-scale offensive.
