I wasn't able to join him since I missed a bunch of work when my mom died last month. <br /><br />Anyway, one of the reasons that absence makes the heart grow fonder is it makes me realize how much he does around here. So many quiet little things that I don't always notice. I really lucked out when he came along. <br /><br />He comes back Sunday evening... and I leave Sunday afternoon to hang out with my dad for a few days. It will be the first time we've been apart for more than a week in many years.",
