"content": "➝ Break Free from the Shackles that Bind You from Progress.<br />Why don’t things change in our lives? Why don’t things change in the world?<br /><br />Most people don’t learn from their mistakes, and keep repeating them. Most people lack an accurate understanding of truth about the current condition of reality.<br /><br />Most people don’t seem to want to learn, as most people (in general) lack real Care for Truth, busy with work, surviving, having fun, etc., yet we dream and hope to do the right thing to fix our problems in our ignorant state.<br /><br />Dreams can be fantasy unrealities and blind us to reality. This is wishful thinking, a “positivity” mask placed over reality with rosy colored glasses that prevents us from seeing things as they really are. Some of us are too fixated on the pleasure trap of “feeling-good” about ourselves because we fear, avoid, deny, reject and deflect most negatives in the world and ourselves from being acknowledged. We just want to believe “it’s all good” and “things are as they are supposed to be”, “no need to do anything”, “let it flow”, etc.<br /><br />Many people are polarized against the negative and this hinders their accurate perception, conception, understanding and navigation of reality, leading them astray, wandering lost and fooling themselves into acting foolishly.<br /><br />How do you empower yourself to change when a problem arises? How do you learn what the right and better thing to do is, that will fix and resolve the issue? You learn. You learn how to learn better, and you learn how to think better. Understanding of Knowledge is the Power to generate the Force of Will that can move you to Change.<br /><br />If you are not doing what needs to be done yet (or maybe you don’t even know you are doing wrong), then maybe you lack knowledge and need to learn more truth in order to develop the motivational power to engage in the change that is required. Make mistakes, that’s life, but learn from them.<br /><br />Here are some methods of processing the issues, problems, situations and effects we encounter in reality in order to truly empower ourselves with knowledge and understanding, and finally to act wisely, instead of foolishly ignoring reality.<br /><br />• Empowering Change – Break Free from the Shackles that Bind You from Progress<br /><br />• Free Will Choice to Care and be Empowered to Change Yourself and the World with Understanding (why) of Knowledge (what) to Act Wisely (how)<br /><br />1 Situation / Issue / Problem<br />2 Empowered (Level I)<br />3 Care, Courage, Choice & Will to Change<br />4 Knowledge, Grammar, Input<br />5 Understanding, Logic, Processing<br />6 Empowered (Level II)<br />7 More Will-Power & Wisdom, Rhetoric, Output<br />8 Change in Your Life and the World!<br /><br />• 1. Situation / Issue / Problem<br /><br />Acknowledge the issue.<br /><br />See the uncomfortable, undesirable, painful truth as it is, and don’t avoid, ignore, deny, reject or deflect it.<br /><br />Realize and recognize reality in its current condition. Face both the positive and negative, light and dark, beauty and horror, good and evil, moral and immoral, the truth of truth and the truth of falsity.<br /><br />Have the courage and care to look into the mirror and see the darkness, negative, “demon”, shadow and wrongs that you may be involved in that you previously ignored being a part of.<br /><br />You can do it. We all have this ability in consciousness. We can all start to see reality for what it is if we choose to let go of our fears and face the truth as it is.<br /><br />• 2. Empowered (Level I)<br /><br />Feel the empowerment to do something now that you faced the problem. Now you know about it, and that you have the power within you to do something to change the conditions around you.<br /><br />• 3. Care, Courage, Choice & Will to Change<br /><br />Choosing to change and the drive to do it.<br /><br />You know you can and need to learn more, and you can care more, and develop the courage to use your will-power to engage in deeper learning and thinking about yourself and reality.<br /><br />The only way forward, is by overcoming the problem. You need to Care to do that. You need to have the Courage to want to do it. And then you need to engage in the Will-Power to do something about it.<br /><br />You need knowledge and understanding to do the right change, and not the wrong change, or change ineffectively. Because that just means more mistakes, but you can always correct them too. The point is to take the time to learn properly so you can avoid making more mistakes.<br /><br />Feel the flame burning within, the care and courage feeding you. Time to collect some knowledge fuel and then ignite your potential to change the conditions in your life, and possibly, the world.<br /><br />• 4. Knowledge, Grammar, Input<br /><br />Collect information and data on the situation.<br /><br />Learn about the problem in order to later understand the core foundational root causal factors that created it. You can only affect proper change of the problem, condition, situation or issue, when you deal with the root, not the leaves, when you deal with the actually cause, and not the effects that are symptoms of the cause.<br /><br />Cause and effect is a universal law that applies everywhere, even in human behavior and the human world and way of life we have created for ourselves.<br /><br />What is happening? Learn about the basics of the situation or problem.<br /><br />What, Who, When, Where. This is the basic Knowledge that needs to be gathered, collected and Input. This is also the Grammar phase in the Trivium Methodology.<br /><br />Now that you have figured out the basics of what’s going on, you can progress to Process that information and Understand it.<br /><br />• 5. Understanding, Logic, Processing<br /><br />Process the information to determine the root causal factors. This allows you to Understand with clarity of precision and higher definition detail. You now understand the meaning, purpose and value of the knowledge that will help to empower you to finally act to change the condition in reality.<br /><br />Why is this happening, really? Use Logic to remove contradiction, errors and filter the truth from the falsity.<br /><br />You correspond and integrate all the information without contradiction. You validate it by filtering, discerning, judging , analyzing, diagnosing and evaluating the information. Take in quality truth as a foundation for making decisions.<br /><br />Get down to the root of the issue, the real cause, and deal with it from the source. You now see and understand how the root causal core foundation is the reason for the secondary symptomatic effects to have manifested. There are thousands of effects that can be chased over and over, but until the common root is dealt with, it will continue to generate the same effects over and over. Stop applying band-aids and actually heal the wound.<br /><br />• 6. Empowered (Level II)<br /><br />The solution is understood from seeing the problem clearly, from gaining clarity. You’re vision has been optimized.<br /><br />Now you’re REALLY empowered to do something! You learned about the problem, got down to the root causal source of it, and now you understand what you need to do.<br /><br />Feel that truth flowing through you and giving you the energy to change. The fire and flame of truth is burning within and ignites you to ACT! Keep that care and courage going, and use the truth to ignite your actions.<br /><br />• 7. More Will-Power & Wisdom, Rhetoric, Output<br /><br />Actualize, Realize, Generate and Manifest the Wisdom of Right-Action.<br /><br />How are you going to change what you do in order to resolve this situation, problem or issue?<br /><br />You understand the root cause, and now you understand how to fix the problem. Target the cause that created the effects you don’t want.<br /><br />This can involve direct action, or speaking, teaching or preaching the truth of reality, or writing about it. These are all Outputs that are guided by the Wisdom of knowing what is the Right things to do. This is the 3rd phase in the Trivium Method, known as Rhetoric.<br /><br />Use the empowerment, care, courage and truth fuel to ignite your Will-Power and get things done.<br /><br />Now you are acting and doing something to get a change to occur. Even if it isn’t instantaneous, you can act, and learn, and refine your understanding of what to do. This process can be applied over and over, and needs to be, continually.<br /><br />• 8. Change in Your Life and the World!<br /><br />See results manifest.<br /><br />Maybe there is more to do. We are always learning. That is life, to learn. If you stop learning, then you stop taking advantage of the power of your consciousness, and it goes to waste. Use that “muscle” and make it stronger as time goes by.<br /><br />This is the power we have. We can continually remake ourselves, continually self-renew and be reborn as a phoenix from the ashes. We can be malleable, highly adaptable, and wanting to change and evolve to higher heights. We can be the most fit for survival and optimizing our way of life. Become the change towards more moral truth, don’t fight it.<br /><br />The next time you have an issue, or the next moment in your day you need to think about something, use this process. This is how we optimally process reality around us, and within us. This is the Trivium Methodology. You become a commercial transport operator, involved in the transportation of goods or passengers for hire, compensation, or profit. This is because a de jure public state has the delegated power of the private people to create, by legalisation, fictional entities for the purpose of commerce, and therefore the state has a right and duty to regulate its corporate franchises when they are used on the public highways for commercial gain. In short, the state controls its creations.<br /><br />“Legalisation” (entry by contract into commerce) occurs primarily through “registration”, “licensing”, “certification”, “securitization”, and “general deposit”.<br /><br />“When the public highways are made the place of business the state has a right to regulate their use in the interest of safety and convenience of the public as well as the preservation of the highways.”<br />Thompson vs. Smith, supra.<br /><br />“For while a citizen has the right to travel upon the public highways and to transport his property thereon, that right does not extend to the use of the highways, either in whole or in part, as a place for private gain. The highways are primarily for the use of the public, and in the interest of the public, the state may prohibit or regulate … the use of the highways for gain.”<br />Robertson vs. Dept. of Public Works, supra.<br /><br />While the public state has the delegated power of the private people to create corporations and other legal fiction entities for the purpose of commerce, and a right and duty to preserve the safe conduct of the people upon the highways, the state does not have the power to convert the “lawful right” to travel freely upon the highways into a paid “legal privilege” through the imposition of legal fiction “adhesion contracts”.<br /><br />“Generally, an adhesion contract is defined as a standardized contract form offered to consumers of goods and services on essentially a ‘take it or leave it’ basis without affording the consumer a realistic opportunity to bargain and under such conditions that the consumer cannot obtain the desired product or services except by acquiescing in the form contract.”<br />Pendergast v. Sprint Nextel Corp., 2010 U.S. App. LEXIS 79 (11th Cir. 2010).<br /><br />Only by consenting to an “adhesion contract” does it become enforceable, for example a “traffic ticket”. Similarly, vehicle registration and driver license contracts are subject to one’s consent to enter into commerce, which is an artificially created system.<br /><br />The origins of legal “commerce” are found in merchant shipping, for which merchants created their own paper-based system of administration, in which all ships were registered “vessels in commerce”, and disputes between registered “vessels” were resolved in “administrative courts” with a “dock” for the accused “vessel”. As maritime commerce expanded, monarchs (especially British) compelled by their debts to bankers and a desire for colonial conquests, added their naval forces to the pursuit of empire building. Consequently, the merchant’s maritime jurisdiction (Law Merchant) became the Admiralty Maritime jurisdiction, the international Law of the Sea.<br /><br />Today, all commerce occurs within the foreign Admiralty Maritime jurisdiction, and all registered forms of “transport” used in commerce such as ships, aircraft and “vehicles”, function as “vessels in commerce”, as do all registered legal fiction entities including corporations and “artificial persons”.<br /><br />The “theatre of commerce” is a legal fiction aberration of the mind in which the participants “act” in legally prescribed “roles”, including a “driver”. Most people unwittingly contract into a commercial “performance” as a “driver”, a “resident”, a “U.S. citizen”, and so on, because of non-disclosure, deceit or coercion, by state officials, which can only be construed as fraud and the unjust enrichment of governmental agencies, ultimately serving the debt-money system of bondage.<br /><br />“The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion.” – Edmund Burke, 1784.<br /><br />The people, by legally contracting through registration and licensing, become subject to the policing powers of the incorporated government operating in commerce, but in the Common Law jurisdiction – the national and supreme Law of the Land, such contracts are only valid when they are entered into knowingly, intentionally, and voluntarily.<br /><br />Moreover, the Common Law “right to travel” freely and unpaid on the public highways without a vehicle registration or driver license contract, in the “ordinary course of life and business”, is an unalienable right that cannot be revoked by the state. Nor can the state convert that right into a privilege granted for a fee.<br /><br />“The state cannot diminish Rights of the people.”<br />Hurtado vs. California, 110 US 516.<br /><br />“No state may convert a secured liberty into a privilege, and issue a license and fee for it.”<br />Murdock v. Pennsylvania, 319 U.S. 105.<br /><br />“If the state does convert a right into a privilege and issue a license and charge a fee for it, you can ignore the license and fee and engage in the right with impunity.”<br />Shuttleworth v. Birmingham, Alabama, 373 U.S. 262.<br /><br />Unless a private traveler causes harm to people or damage to property (a crime) on the public highways, or is evidently such a danger, there is no reasonable cause for interference by any governmental agency in their private affairs.<br /><br />Consider the legal definitions of the following terms:<br /><br />Automobile. The term ‘motor vehicle’ is different and broader than the word ‘automobile.’<br />City of Dayton v. DeBrosse, 62 Ohio App. 232.<br /><br />Automobile. The word “automobile” connotes a pleasure vehicle designed for the transportation of persons on highways.<br />American Mutual Liability Ins. Co. v. Chaput, 60 A.2d 118, 120 95 NH 200.<br /><br />Automobile. It [automobile] is an ordinary vehicle of pleasure and business. It is no more dangerous per se than a team of horses and a carriage, or a gun, or a sailboat, or a motor launch.<br />Daily v. Maxwell, 133 S.W. 351; 152 Mo.App. 415; Fielder v. Davison, 77 S.E. 618; 139 Ga. 509; Farnsworth v. Rampa Electric Co., 57 So. 233, 237.<br /><br />Automobile. A ‘motor vehicle’ or ‘automobile for hire’ is a motor vehicle, other than an automobile stage, used for the transportation of persons which remuneration is received.<br />International Motor Transit Company v. The definition of “goods” includes an automobile.<br />Henson v Government Employees Finance & Industrial Loan Corp., 15 UCC Rep Serv 1137; 257 Ark 273, 516 S.W.2d 1 (1974).<br /><br />Note that when an “automobile” is used for commercial gain it becomes a “motor vehicle”, because the purpose of its use determines its legal definition. A person employed in the engagement or activity of operating or conducting a motor vehicle or passenger vehicle transporting persons or property for hire or compensation on the public highways.<br />Hamilton’s Dictionary of Commercial Terms, 3rd Edition (1968), p. 43.<br /><br />Note that the definition of “driver” includes one who is “employed” in conducting a vehicle. The definition of “employed” signifies both doing a thing and being under contract while doing it. Most people unwittingly contract into a commercial “performance” as a “driver”, a “resident”, a “U.S. citizen”, and so on, because of non-disclosure, deceit or coercion, by state officials, which can only be construed as fraud and the unjust enrichment of governmental agencies, ultimately serving the debt-money system of bondage.\n\n“The people never give up their liberties but under some delusion.” – Edmund Burke, 1784.\n\nThe people, by legally contracting through registration and licensing, become subject to the policing powers of the incorporated government operating in commerce, but in the Common Law jurisdiction – the national and supreme Law of the Land, such contracts are only valid when they are entered into knowingly, intentionally, and voluntarily.\n\nMoreover, the Common Law “right to travel” freely and unpaid on the public highways without a vehicle registration or driver license contract, in the “ordinary course of life and business”, is an unalienable right that cannot be revoked by the state. Birmingham, Alabama, 373 U.S. 262.\n\nUnless a private traveler causes harm to people or damage to property (a crime) on the public highways, or is evidently such a danger, there is no reasonable cause for interference by any governmental agency in their private affairs.\n\nConsider the legal definitions of the following terms:\n\nAutomobile. The term ‘motor vehicle’ is different and broader than the word ‘automobile.’\nCity of Dayton v. DeBrosse, 62 Ohio App. 232.\n\nAutomobile. The practice came into being of including the servants more into the house, and less treatment of them as nonhuman animals are normally treated. Later, a word is derived to symbolize this “great” “loving” expression from the slave-master. The relationship is always a master to a slave, but the appearances change. Comforts and convenience replace harshness. This is also a basic psychological trauma mind control technique. Servitude is associated with the inclusion into the household as a member of the “family”, the domicile. Overt slavery was eventually removed and the word family is simply as we understand it today in the positive way. But, we are all still slaves in a great sense, as each of us are subsets of a greater whole, each family unit is an individual subset of the greater “family” of the nation state, the motherland or fatherland.<br /><br />Family, etymologically, means servant, slave. In order to make slaves feel “at home”, “welcome”, “loved” and “cared” for, the slave-master changes their treatment. They also used the mind control device of spells, cast through symbolic language magic. The slave is told they are part of the household now, included into the protection, which only means they are protected as property by the master, but the master passes this protection as “care”, just as he cares for his own kin and clan. Now they are members of a “household”. Not equal members, but now they are told they are members.<br /><br />One thing alone is certain, that man’s slavery grows and increases. Man is becoming a willing slave. He no longer needs chains. He begins to grow fond of his slavery, to be proud of it. And this is the most terrible thing that can happen to a man.<br /><br />The schools are outcome-based “education” centers for us to fill in positions within the system. Most people find jobs and careers within the predetermined choices that are defined by the available market of employment. We put the chains on ourselves, all too willingly, by merging ourselves into dependency upon the system. Especially when we get school loans, house loans, or other loans that put us into debt.<br /><br />“The victim of mind-manipulation does not know that he is a victim. To him, the walls of his prison are invisible, and he believes himself to be free.” – Aldous Huxley<br /><br />We are being fashioned, like the clay Golem, into a certain shape or form that the masters and rulers want us to become and reflect this shape and behavior onto what society is. We are made into their vision of the “New Man”, less authentic, less aware, therefore more “unconscious” in living, like a robotic Golem living out their will as our own will. Most of us don’t think anarchy-freedom is possible because we tacitly accept this programmed Golem-like shaping of our lives and consciousness, of our worldview and self-view.<br /><br />The masters and rulers, through their manipulation, deception and mind control, have conditioned us into a certain mold, shape and form, to fit into and feed the systemic Golem of the current way of life. We are being constructed as individual Golems to reflect and continue to construct the larger general Golem of the system and establishment. We become cogs in the machine.<br /><br />Influence, indoctrinate, engender and condition a degradation in people’s ability to discern truth and reality, and in most cases what results is a willing slave, happy in their servitude, living an illusion, unable to see the true condition they are living in.<br /><br />There is still hope: to recognize our potential to see reality for what it is, and work to improve it. We have a high degree of freedom, but we are being limited in our potential by the limitation in our vision to see reality correctly. If we want to change something, we first have to see and recognize it for what it is.<br /><br />We can imagine a positive better way to live, a new way to exist, that differs from what we are conditioned to currently accept are the limits of our potential. We have a lot of potential. The powers that be can still be overturned by us creating new models to live by. We put the chains on ourselves, all too willingly, by merging ourselves into dependency upon the system. We are made into their vision of the “New Man”, less authentic, less aware, therefore more “unconscious” in living, like a robotic Golem living out their will as our own will. Most of us don’t think anarchy-freedom is possible because we tacitly accept this programmed Golem-like shaping of our lives and consciousness, of our worldview and self-view.\n\nThe masters and rulers, through their manipulation, deception and mind control, have conditioned us into a certain mold, shape and form, to fit into and feed the systemic Golem of the current way of life. We are being constructed as individual Golems to reflect and continue to construct the larger general Golem of the system and establishment. We become cogs in the machine.\n\nInfluence, indoctrinate, engender and condition a degradation in people’s ability to discern truth and reality, and in most cases what results is a willing slave, happy in their servitude, living an illusion, unable to see the true condition they are living in.\n\nThere is still hope: to recognize our potential to see reality for what it is, and work to improve it. We have a high degree of freedom, but we are being limited in our potential by the limitation in our vision to see reality correctly. If we want to change something, we first have to see and recognize it for what it is.\n\nWe can imagine a positive better way to live, a new way to exist, that differs from what we are conditioned to currently accept are the limits of our potential. We have a lot of potential. The powers that be can still be overturned by us creating new models to live by.
