MCT oil is a popular supplement that is derived from coconut oil and is known to provide a variety of health benefits. MCT oil is used to promote weight loss, improve cognitive function, increase energy levels, and support a healthy gut microbiome. MCTs are unique because they are metabolized differently than long-chain fatty acids, which means they are quickly converted into ketones and used as a source of fuel for the body.

Vitamin D3 and K2:
Vitamin D3 and K2 are two important fat-soluble vitamins that work together to support bone health, cardiovascular health, and immune function. Vitamin D3 is produced by the body when the skin is exposed to sunlight, and is also available in supplement form. Its primary function is to facilitate the absorption of calcium and phosphorus in the body, which are essential for maintaining healthy bones and teeth. Vitamin K2 is found in animal products and fermented foods like natto, and is involved in the regulation of calcium metabolism. It helps ensure that calcium is deposited in the bones rather than in the arteries, which can lead to atherosclerosis and other cardiovascular diseases. Taking vitamin D3 and K2 together can help maximize their benefits for overall health and wellness.

Just wanted to share, healthier alternatives
Meals for you and your picky toddler

Healthy eating ideas for you
Week 1:
Monday - Grilled salmon with roasted asparagus and quinoa
Tuesday - Turkey meatballs with tomato sauce served over zucchini noodles
Wednesday - Chicken stir-fry with mixed vegetables and brown rice
Thursday - Meatless chili with cornbread
Friday - Baked chicken with sweet potato and green beans

Week 2:
Monday - Lemon garlic shrimp with sautéed spinach and whole wheat pasta
Tuesday - Grilled chicken with roasted Brussels sprouts and quinoa
Wednesday - Turkey and black bean taco salad with avocado lime dressing
Thursday - Vegetarian lentil soup with whole wheat bread
Friday - Grilled steak with roasted cauliflower and brown rice

Week 3:
Monday - Baked salmon with roasted broccolini and sweet potato
Tuesday - Chicken and vegetable stir-fry served over cauliflower rice
Wednesday - Cauliflower crust pizza with grilled chicken and veggies
Thursday - Vegetarian quinoa and black bean stuffed peppers
Friday - Grilled shrimp with roasted asparagus and brown rice

Week 4:
Monday - Turkey and vegetable meatloaf with roasted brussels sprouts and quinoa
Tuesday - Broiled chicken with roasted sweet potato and green beans
Wednesday - Sweet potato and black bean enchiladas
Thursday - Vegetarian lentil and sweet potato chili
Friday - Baked tilapia with roasted cauliflower and brown rice

All of these meals are balanced in protein, fiber, and nutrients.
