We influence them—through our energy, our choices, and our responses.\n\nPeople often overestimate their influence over situations that are clearly shaped by external forces. This leads to irrational behaviors, like rituals, superstitions, or replaying the past in our minds, trying to figure out how we “should have” acted. We wear ourselves out trying to control outcomes that were never ours to hold, and in doing so, we give away our peace.\n\nIn moments of stress or uncertainty, the illusion becomes even stronger. We want things to turn out well, and optimism tricks us into believing that wanting something badly enough makes it happen. But that’s not how influence works.\n\nWhat we can chose our energy. Our focus. Our effort. Our attitude. That’s where our true power lies—not in controlling circumstances, but in how we show up in them.\n\nThe more we try to control, the more we suffer. But the more we accept, respond with clarity, and influence with purpose, the more aligned and fulfilled we become. Let go of control. Embrace influence. That’s where real transformation begins.\n\nIf this reached you or there was something that truly resonated with you, please like and share in hopes this will maybe reach someone that it could help. \n\n-Coach Mike\n\nEDIT your GOALS \n\nEvery \nDay\nInternal \nThoughts \n\nGuarantees \nOur\nAbsolute \nLife\nSituations\n\n#control #illusion #draining #influence #empowerment \n\nBackground Picture by \nAnton Darius",

"content": "Are you creating illusions or reality?

Most people live as prisoners to their mind without ever realizing it. They don’t see that the mind, when left unchecked, creates illusions—stories, identities, fears, judgments—that feel so real, but are not. These illusions shape how they see the world and how they react to it. They spend their lives trying to control circumstances or emotions, not realizing it’s the mind itself running the show.

But here’s the truth: You are not your mind. You are Mind—the consciousness behind it. You are not the voice in your head. You are the awareness that hears it. And until you see this clearly, you will remain a slave to whatever illusion your mind creates. That’s why you feel stuck. Why you keep chasing peace but never quite find it. You are trapped in an identity created by your thinking, not in touch with the freedom of presence.

When you become aware of this, something changes. You stop reacting and start observing. You stop fighting your thoughts and start influencing your reality. You see that you are not here to be manipulated by your mind—you are here to master it. You are the one with the power to choose what energy you bring to every moment, to create meaning, and to shape your life through presence, not programming.

Freedom doesn’t come from changing your life—it comes from changing your relationship with your mind. "content": "Are you creating illusions or reality?\n\nMost people live as prisoners to their mind without ever realizing it. They don’t see that the mind, when left unchecked, creates illusions—stories, identities, fears, judgments—that feel so real, but are not. These illusions shape how they see the world and how they react to it. They spend their lives trying to control circumstances or emotions, not realizing it’s the mind itself running the show.\n\nBut here’s the truth: You are not your mind. You are Mind—the consciousness behind it. You are not the voice in your head. You are the awareness that hears it. And until you see this clearly, you will remain a slave to whatever illusion your mind creates. That’s why you feel stuck. Why you keep chasing peace but never quite find it. You are trapped in an identity created by your thinking, not in touch with the freedom of presence.\n\nWhen you become aware of this, something changes. You stop reacting and start observing. You stop fighting your thoughts and start influencing your reality. You see that you are not here to be manipulated by your mind—you are here to master it. You are the one with the power to choose what energy you bring to every moment, to create meaning, and to shape your life through presence, not programming.\n\nFreedom doesn’t come from changing your life—it comes from changing your relationship with your mind.
