Great for people who is trying lamb for the first time. <br /><br />They also have nama lamb which is fresh lamb. You grill it and dip it in a special sauce. It still has that gamey flavor, but it’s very good! A must try dish when visiting Hokkaido!<br /><br />Note: This is still uncooked. Just done preparing to start cooking on a Jingisukan pan on a BBQ grill.<br /><br />How are you with gamey meat??<br />",

Eating bentos and drinking beer under the Sakura trees. <br /><br />However, in Hokkaido, we have BBQs under the Sakura trees for Hanami because there are a lot of wide open spaces and we don’t have to worry about starting a huge fire in the city. <br /><br />Have you ever done Hanami (Cherry Blossom Viewing)??
