"content": "I thought coming to Minds would be a fresh start for social media as a whole. No censorship, free to talk about new ideas without second guessing getting shunned. It's a great idea no doubt.<br /><br />Lately, I've second guessing social media as a whole. Social media is an amazing tool and I still use it today, but it's being improperly used by the majority of users in my opinion.<br /><br />Information is such a power to gain knowledge and strive for something better for the future. That idea is incredible. I feel the majority of users are using social media for false hopes or to damage others intentionally for self interest.<br /><br />I don't blame social media platforms ironically, it's the people that found the loop hopes for being cynical. One of the greatest tools is a double edge sword and it's time for a new evolutionized platform. I don't know what the next era of this idea will be, but I know this is not the answer and not for the future for me.<br /><br />I'll continue to observe and help others I enjoy and talk to, but being a no one in this messed up world has no significant impact on what's next. I don't think I'm alone in that thought, and that's sad. One upside personally is I'm content and in peace with that, but many others are not and want to be heard loudly.<br /><br />I may post here again, I may not. Time will tell.",

We feed off the worse thing that we are against, yet it always comes back full circle. We never failed learning from history, we are the history of failing.<br /><br />The few of us will find peace within, unfortunately a lot of those people will have to be alone. People strive for happiness but most of them end up depressed or angry. Is being content the new normal? Becoming unbound to our own disaster won't be grateful, but possibly necessary. How unfortunate, all over power, money, and greed.<br /><br />What have we become? Peace can still be an option, but in isolation?",

Probably the most unfavorable of them all in history where you see extreme radicals rise in all shapes and forms.<br /><br />Sure, you see many angry and lost people individually in the world do terrible things. But war is calling, and you have a leader trying to push words like 'brave' and 'proud' onto others to fight off a very bad man.<br /><br />This soft touch to push anger onto people's hearts is dangerous, because they may flow into anger as a group or an army. This is the most terrible side of a human being, we all have it.. and you know how deep it can go. Thoughts you think about alone and try to forget and never tell anyone when you feel that pain. This is the tragic part about being a human being.<br /><br />When you have a leader pouring the gas on that flame of pain, the fire may burn for a while. Radical emotions flare, and it's hard to stop the doom train when everyone has a common enemy.<br /><br />World War II taught us this terrible history. Sure, a common enemy was defeated, but the pain trembled for ages and sparked other terrible moments. Are we repeating history? Is it too soon to tell?<br /><br />I'm not going to sit here and tell you how love conquers this, but what I will say is the leaders of the world are leading civilians to their own demise with dangerous weapons. For what? A narrative, money, and power. It's not about choosing a side.<br /><br />I for one hope we don't see the irrational minds rise, could be more dangerous in the future (10-50 years) than you know. When the old system fails, a new one rises. That new system could be better or worse, but know your morals.",
