"content": "Although still under-utilized, benzimidazoles, especially albendazole, may have a promising future in cancer treatment. It can be used along with other drugs to prevent resistance and enhance the effectiveness of various anticancer therapies.<br /><br />In order to bring this potential into practice, there is a need for more clinical trials with advanced participants, especially targeting solid and refractory tumors.
