"content": "I had a bunch of Bananas that were turning brown and decided that there were just too many to go to waste. <br />I opened the fridge and remember I used the last egg + milk to make French toast this morning.<br />I really didn’t feel up to a trip to the store, even less because of the ☔️ <br />So...... I looked it up and found this recipe. <br />This is a great Banana Bread recipe. <br />I couldn't believe how moist it was without the egg & milk!!!! <br />🚫 🥚 🚫 🥛 🍌 🍞 <br /><br />This is enough for (1) 9x5x3\" loaf pan<br /><br />Ingredients:<br />2/3 cups of brown sugar<br />1/3 cup of oil<br />2 cup of all purpose flour<br />2 tsp of baking powder<br />1/4 tsp of baking soda<br />1 cup mashed bananas<br /><br />Instructions:<br />Mash well ripened bananas in a small bowl and set aside.<br />Mix baking powder,baking soda,flour and sugar.<br />Add mashed bananas and oil . Stir well.
