"content": "Today it had become truly apparent that I'm healthier than I had been in years, despite there never having been anything obviously wrong with me if we exclude my health incident over 3 months ago. <br /><br />I look at myself in the mirror and I am slimmer, I look at least 3 years younger, I have more muscle, my eye bags are less apparent, I'm no longer deathly pale, my cycle is regular, and I don't have cravings for unhealthy food. <br /><br />Such a contrast to not being able to walk just over 3 months ago. Arthritis isn't completely gone as I went out for dinner recently, but I have been mostly symptom free. <br /><br />Maybe terrible things happen to us so that we can learn a lesson.
