I'm trying to, give back if you will

In 2007, February 16th. My life changed, I could have killed my little brother as well as two others. No influence here, just slid through a stop sign. An accident... I don't tend to think that I could have killed myself, I thought about the others. As I laid on my back in a hospital and in rehab thinking and thinking and thinking, I don't wish this on anyone. The bed next to me had a man that had a hemorrhage and he would moan and make terrible sounds throughout the night and the day because of the pain he was in. I was blessed to not struggle with this.
After months in a rehab center dealing with a TBI as well as shattered pelvis, punctured lung, removed spleen, learning to walk again, learning how to stand again, learning how to be at piece with my mind being frustrated all the time, I had to learn how to tie my shoes and simple things to get through life again.
I had to reevaluate what I was doing. Also deal with the physical ailments I will live with the rest of my life. Over the following years I have still learned to grow and better myself. No longer taking life for granted. Enjoying every moment I can. I truly, deeply love people. I'm tired of seeing the ignorance and the stupidity we sling at each other everyday. I also love podcasts. Talking to people. Striking up a conversation with a stranger to learn more about them. Uncensored humanity and American honesty is our group page on Facebook. have created certain hats and t-shirts that I would like to get to others.
