"content": "Have anyone ever tried meditating during the final burst of energy that comes after a football game victory? <br /><br />I know what football represents in the field of unification, control, compensation mechanism for unresolved emotions, the history that goes back to Roman slavery and the way they could stop them from revolting... Thus, I was never interested in Football and always saw it a a mind-control game taking people by their identification to some made-made dividing notion of race, borders, colors, image and every possible glitter that the eyes crave for. Add that to the recognition that follow the \"stars\" in their (battle)field, money, fame, and all the perfect lures for the ego to rise and the conscience to rest in peace and you get what you see today.<br /><br />When you go deeper into the rabbit hole, you discover the gallery hidden that interconnects this to the hidden knowledge of how to use energy and play with it.<br /><br />The energy, as chaotic as it may seem, just needs harmonizing! This is in terms of Music and is indeed as we perceive it in Music. Imagine an orchestra is playing (in this case, imagine it as the Music of the universe) , the first thing you HAVE TO DO is to \"TUNE YOUR INSTRUMENT\", otherwise the resulting playing along is what we perceive and call \"dissonance\". in this case, our body is the instrument and until we can tune it and be coherent of our own body, or in musical terms : \"Tune our strings\" we cannot play and manifest our will in this reality.<br />The universe which is based on pure mathematical equations, those same equations apply to the way Music was conceived in this earth because this is what we call a universal law. One that applies as much to the microcosm than to the macrocosm. <br />The law of OCTAVES or \"As above, so below\", fractals but different. Again an example in music is that we have only 7 notes, yet we have a standard 8 octaves that we refer to and hear as being the same BUT different. A \"La\" (A1) musical note in an octave feels and to our ears is so resembling to a \"La\" (A2) in the upper octave, we can hear it and swear by it in Music, yet we still can't conceive in all the other aspects of the universe.<br />And also, one instrument playing a song is not as powerful as 2, 3, 4 10, a full orchestra. So we must recognize this as well!<br /><br />Beginning to grasp this whole concept, when dissonant energy is around you and you feel your body beginning to shake (again in this case, after a victory or even a loss) it just means that there's an overflow of energy generated by people which in our perception is creating \"Chaos\". That same chaos can simply be canalized and harmonized through your voice and intention! <br /><br />This is why all religious rituals are based on group of people saying or singing or dancing in \"unison\". They always knew that the group energy when canalized by a certain intention is incredibly more powerful than anything else.<br /><br />So, my advice to you, when everybody around you is jumping up and down and feeling lost, that is a very good sign that your should GROUND YOURSELF!!!! Meditate, slow down, be the observer of the chaos and just Hum or Sing and breathe deeply from your nose to your belly and watch that energy transform you and everything around.<br /><br />This is what's been missing all along from those bullshit incomplete \"Law of attraction\" methods. "content": "Have anyone ever tried meditating during the final burst of energy that comes after a football game victory? \n\nI know what football represents in the field of unification, control, compensation mechanism for unresolved emotions, the history that goes back to Roman slavery and the way they could stop them from revolting... Thus, I was never interested in Football and always saw it a a mind-control game taking people by their identification to some made-made dividing notion of race, borders, colors, image and every possible glitter that the eyes crave for. Add that to the recognition that follow the \"stars\" in their (battle)field, money, fame, and all the perfect lures for the ego to rise and the conscience to rest in peace and you get what you see today.\n\nWhen you go deeper into the rabbit hole, you discover the gallery hidden that interconnects this to the hidden knowledge of how to use energy and play with it.\n\nThe energy, as chaotic as it may seem, just needs harmonizing! This is in terms of Music and is indeed as we perceive it in Music. Imagine an orchestra is playing (in this case, imagine it as the Music of the universe) , the first thing you HAVE TO DO is to \"TUNE YOUR INSTRUMENT\", otherwise the resulting playing along is what we perceive and call \"dissonance\". in this case, our body is the instrument and until we can tune it and be coherent of our own body, or in musical terms : \"Tune our strings\" we cannot play and manifest our will in this reality.\nThe universe which is based on pure mathematical equations, those same equations apply to the way Music was conceived in this earth because this is what we call a universal law. One that applies as much to the microcosm than to the macrocosm. \nThe law of OCTAVES or \"As above, so below\", fractals but different. Again an example in music is that we have only 7 notes, yet we have a standard 8 octaves that we refer to and hear as being the same BUT different. A \"La\" (A1) musical note in an octave feels and to our ears is so resembling to a \"La\" (A2) in the upper octave, we can hear it and swear by it in Music, yet we still can't conceive in all the other aspects of the universe.\nAnd also, one instrument playing a song is not as powerful as 2, 3, 4 10, a full orchestra. So we must recognize this as well!\n\nBeginning to grasp this whole concept, when dissonant energy is around you and you feel your body beginning to shake (again in this case, after a victory or even a loss) it just means that there's an overflow of energy generated by people which in our perception is creating \"Chaos\". That same chaos can simply be canalized and harmonized through your voice and intention! \n\nThis is why all religious rituals are based on group of people saying or singing or dancing in \"unison\". They always knew that the group energy when canalized by a certain intention is incredibly more powerful than anything else.\n\nSo, my advice to you, when everybody around you is jumping up and down and feeling lost, that is a very good sign that your should GROUND YOURSELF!!!! Meditate, slow down, be the observer of the chaos and just Hum or Sing and breathe deeply from your nose to your belly and watch that energy transform you and everything around.\n\nThis is what's been missing all along from those bullshit incomplete \"Law of attraction\" methods.
