Is it too soon to say, \"It's back!\"<br /><br />And if this is right, then the key question is, can it escape what Zoologists call the Extinction Vortex? <br /><br />More as it comes to hand.",

"content": "NASA have spent the last two days fetching first of a kind video of the EDL stage (Entry, Descent and Landing) of the Perseverance rover. <br /><br />That the thing can land at all is remarkable, (after all it hits the Martian atmosphere at almost 20,000 KMs an hour). But that they can capture hi-res video when so much is going on is a testament to real engineering prowess and also to how co-ordinated the infrastructure they have orbiting Mars now is. <br /><br />In particular, this is the moment when the sky crane flies away from the rover. It's astonishing that they were able to capture this: <a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4czjS9h4Fpg\" target=\"_blank\">https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4czjS9h4Fpg</a>",
