"content": "About post-truth humanism and postmodernism in a separate country.<br /><br />The attitude to propaganda as a disease that needs to be treated is natural only for a global society.<br /><br />Only if humanity as a whole is considered the subject of history can we expect a unified point of view on past and ongoing history. Only in this case, multiple interpretations are perceived as requiring the selection of only one true from them and the recognition of all others as false. <br /><br />For example, the Romans treated other peoples as barbarians, and no one seriously considered their ideas. The conflicts between these barbarian tribes were considered, rather, as \"games of the gods\", as a battle of two equal positions, the victory in which did not mean the absolute truth of the winner, it was sign of the strength of their tribal god and his support for this tribe at the current moment in time, which could be changed in the future.<br /><br />The aggravation that is happening now, when anyone who does not agree with your point of view is accused of propaganda, comes from the globalist view. It's differ from the view of a tradition representative - one of many, who accepts the possibility of a different tradition, coming from other ideas about the world, etc.<br /><br />However, the point is that real globalism cannot be monolithic and consistent. It is necessarily diverse. Accordingly, multiple interpretations of events are normal, and attempts to single out only one correct one from them is a Procrustean bed for real globalism for the sake of any one ideology.<br /><br />Now the role of this ideology is played by Western liberal democracy. Formally, it preaches the freedom of individuality, but in fact it works as a repressive ideology that allows only a predetermined range of manifestations of individuality, which it is able to commercialize for its own benefit. The remaining forms are discarded as untrue, archaic, barbaric, and so on.<br /><br />However, representatives of other ideologies look at the world and at the same liberals, as if they were zombified by ideology. Everyone imagines himself a Roman, surrounded by barbarians who do not know the truth. The hegemon is weakened and is leaving. However, real \"multipolarity\", which is supposed to replace liberalism, may not last long, turning into the same ideology, which allows a limited range of acceptable manifestations of the individual, and rejects other forms as untrue.<br /><br />In general, no matter how (quite deservedly) they criticize postmodernism for its schizophrenia and fundamental rejection of a single truth, in this particular case it looks like a more humane theoretical basis than the modernist project of the linear progress of mankind. Another thing is that the comprehension of this new tradition in the West has taken forms that are completely wild and unacceptable from the point of view of traditional communities. And the West itself is trying to build \"postmodernism in a separate country\", which led it to pagan hegemony, like the one in Rome, with its pantheon of gods, and the gods of the barbarians, who were not included in this pantheon, and were canceled as deserving no worship, no respect, no attention.",
