Imagine telling someone on either political side of the coin that they were actively supporting popular figureheads with opposing views with their Minds+ membership all because the Minds-backed content creator had some 🔥fire🔥 posts. If not in the political sense, you most likely would just plain not care for whoever might be getting the support from your membership.<br /><br />I just think that users would appreciate more agency with this kind of thing, something that Minds seems to be doing well aside from everything I've mentioned.<br /><br />Maybe give the Minds+ users a monthly token allowance, even if it's tiny. A cherry on top that wouldn't make buying tokens outright obsolete, but ensuring people could support their communities of content creators, or even giving new ones some much-needed momentum.",

When you block people their posts aren't removed off of your feed until a refresh. <br /><br />It's also worth noting that boosted posts are on a carousel, meaning if the blocking worked like on other sites it wouldn't even matter as it stands right now. If you switch tabs back and forth between Minds and literally anything, a boosted post in your feed will endlessly spew out randomly boosted users posts one after another. It's pretty lame. ",

I like what Minds seems to be doing with all the systems that it has in place, but the Alt-tech scene seems to primarily attract the counter-culture crowd based off politics alone.<br /><br />I've seen a couple of \"normal\" or laid back people who are just doing their own thing and aren't shitposters or political shriekers, but they're few and far between. Not enough traction and this site's been around for a while. <br /><br />I think most people will be uneasy that there's a \"Wallet\" and \"Analytics\" tab on their home feed all the time. Most people do not create content, and you need to have a user base in order for (anyone) to use those features to begin with. ",
