Two of my absolute red lines are; cruelty & physical abuse towards women, and any sort of abuse towards children. I cannot imagine what those people would have gone through when Hamas did what they did. And no, its not a simple I condemn what Hamas did, meaningless hollow statement usually followed by a but. The cruelty is unimaginable. I try to put myself in their place, and it aches my heart. I cannot take it. This wasn't an attack, it wasn't an army attacking another army and then having collateral damage which is bad in itself. This was targeting of innocent civilians, and not just a shot in the head as well. This is torture, rape, brutal humiliation, agonising pain. How can anyone be okay with it? How can anyone want to justify it? It has no justification.

And I understand people want to shield themselves from that information because it will affect their mental health as it has mine. But see, that is unfortunately what makes people not understand the meaning of Never Again. When evil shows itself to you, don't avert your eyes, see it and know it, so you know exactly what to oppose when it appears again. I don't care about the ethnicity or the conflict or the religion, it is an emotional red mist moment for me when I see any kind of harm against innocent women and children.

You combine this with the call for acceptance of a religion, whose extremism is an underlying factor to such acts and it enrages me even more. I know this religion, I went away from it. I know these kind of people and I distanced myself from it. Even here in England, with the terrorist attacks, and British born jihadis traveling to support ISIS and what happened in the North of England should have opened people's eyes. But no, the government 'shielded' us from the reality.

The sexual perversion is a factor within this who paradigm as well that most don't connect. Everything is to do with it, women as sex slaves for bounties of war, child brides, 4 wives, 72 virgins in heaven. Everything revolves around such depraved deviance.

The 'sex grooming' gang scandals as horrific as they were, they were not surprising to me, knowing that most of those men were from places like Pakistan. Although the nuance that people forget is, they were either those who have immigrated or who have been 2nd generation from particular parts of Pakistan not from metropolitan areas in majority. People from metropolitan area are starkly different, who you won't see doing such things, or thinking such way. That is important to note. Education and prosperity alleviates people from this sickness. Which is why you also see mostly Muslims from impoverished countries/regions being extremist in their outlook. I have many friends and actually all my friends in and from Pakistan, who are categorically against any such behaviour. I have theological differences with them, but no qualms on these matters - them I would classify as moderates. But I also know that particular kind of people who are so degraded that they do not see 'white women' and 'non-Muslim women' as human. It is a mixture of being desensitized towards them by over consumption of Western Pornography and the religious undertone of bounty of conquest. They see them as fair game.

And why do I say this? I say this, because these are the same underlying attitude that are used by such people to justify the atrocities committed by Hamas on Israeli women and children. Although, I have to admit the children aspect shocked me even more. There is no negotiating with this evil. You cannot appeal to the humanity of monsters because they have none.

I poke the Muslims at times, not because I am ex-Muslim and I am filled with just hate for them. I am attacking an ideology, or rather critiquing an ideology, which enables them to forget their humanity. I want them to do better. I left the religion for this very reason because I did not agree with the fundamentals, but in combination with that I did not believe anymore in the existence of the God of religion anymore. Any religion. But if you still want to believe in a religious God, then you must reconcile the fundamentals that leads you to treat others inhumanely. You must temper it, you must reform it, you must adjust it. As has been done with all religions over time. You cannot expect me or anyone to respect you, and consider you as good, if you are not willing to stop calling for our deaths just because we disagree with you, or critique your beliefs or even make fun of it. Your relationship with God is personal, but your relationship with other human beings is beyond your person - and you need to understand this point. Otherwise you and your religion will never be compatible with the West. And if your attitude is that you don't want to be compatible but instead be the conqueror, then don't play the victim when you get rightly slapped.", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1324799003937738771/followers" ], "tag": [], "url": "https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1566533528957489164", "published": "2023-11-01T19:24:57+00:00", "attachment": [ { "type": "Document", "url": "https://cdn.minds.com/fs/v1/thumbnail/1566533334832517128/xlarge/", "mediaType": "image/jpeg", "height": 900, "width": 720 } ], "source": { "content": "Tolerance of another without Temperance for measure leads to social collapse - Thoughts\nI have to admit, I have been somewhat over emotional past few days, almost a month since 7th October. Even here in England, with the terrorist attacks, and British born jihadis traveling to support ISIS and what happened in the North of England should have opened people's eyes. But no, the government 'shielded' us from the reality. \n\nThe sexual perversion is a factor within this who paradigm as well that most don't connect. Everything is to do with it, women as sex slaves for bounties of war, child brides, 4 wives, 72 virgins in heaven. Everything revolves around such depraved deviance. \n\nThe 'sex grooming' gang scandals as horrific as they were, they were not surprising to me, knowing that most of those men were from places like Pakistan. Although the nuance that people forget is, they were either those who have immigrated or who have been 2nd generation from particular parts of Pakistan not from metropolitan areas in majority. People from metropolitan area are starkly different, who you won't see doing such things, or thinking such way. That is important to note. Education and prosperity alleviates people from this sickness. Which is why you also see mostly Muslims from impoverished countries/regions being extremist in their outlook. I have many friends and actually all my friends in and from Pakistan, who are categorically against any such behaviour. I have theological differences with them, but no qualms on these matters - them I would classify as moderates. But I also know that particular kind of people who are so degraded that they do not see 'white women' and 'non-Muslim women' as human. It is a mixture of being desensitized towards them by over consumption of Western Pornography and the religious undertone of bounty of conquest. They see them as fair game. \n\nAnd why do I say this? I say this, because these are the same underlying attitude that are used by such people to justify the atrocities committed by Hamas on Israeli women and children. Although, I have to admit the children aspect shocked me even more. There is no negotiating with this evil. You cannot appeal to the humanity of monsters because they have none. \n\nI poke the Muslims at times, not because I am ex-Muslim and I am filled with just hate for them. I am attacking an ideology, or rather critiquing an ideology, which enables them to forget their humanity. I want them to do better. I left the religion for this very reason because I did not agree with the fundamentals, but in combination with that I did not believe anymore in the existence of the God of religion anymore. Any religion. But if you still want to believe in a religious God, then you must reconcile the fundamentals that leads you to treat others inhumanely. You must temper it, you must reform it, you must adjust it. As has been done with all religions over time. You cannot expect me or anyone to respect you, and consider you as good, if you are not willing to stop calling for our deaths just because we disagree with you, or critique your beliefs or even make fun of it. Your relationship with God is personal, but your relationship with other human beings is beyond your person - and you need to understand this point. Otherwise you and your religion will never be compatible with the West. And if your attitude is that you don't want to be compatible but instead be the conqueror, then don't play the victim when you get rightly slapped.", "mediaType": "text/plain" } }, "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/entities/urn:activity:1566739873581240326/activity", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1324799003937738771", "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/followers" ] }, { "type": "Announce", "actor": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782", "object": { "type": "Note", "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1196145237504827411/entities/urn:activity:1565708791708651531", "attributedTo": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1196145237504827411", "content": "Mornin' mates", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1196145237504827411/followers" ], "tag": [], "url": "https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1565708791708651531", "published": "2023-10-30T12:47:44+00:00", "attachment": [ { "type": "Document", "url": "https://cdn.minds.com/fs/v1/thumbnail/1565708731809796099/xlarge/", "mediaType": "image/jpeg", "height": 553, "width": 554 } ], "source": { "content": "Mornin' mates", "mediaType": "text/plain" } }, "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/entities/urn:activity:1566048660217663492/activity", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1196145237504827411", "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/followers" ] }, { "type": "Announce", "actor": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782", "object": { "type": "Note", "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/996744581280178194/entities/urn:activity:1565367849466204164", "attributedTo": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/996744581280178194", "content": "https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1565367849466204164", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/996744581280178194/followers" ], "tag": [], "url": "https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1565367849466204164", "published": "2023-10-29T14:12:57+00:00", "attachment": [ { "type": "Document", "url": "https://cdn.minds.com/fs/v1/thumbnail/1565367591134826515/xlarge/", "mediaType": "image/jpeg", "height": 506, "width": 552 } ], "source": { "content": "https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1565367849466204164", "mediaType": "text/plain" } }, "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/entities/urn:activity:1565381395407179782/activity", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/996744581280178194", "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/followers" ] }, { "type": "Create", "actor": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782", "object": { "type": "Note", "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/entities/urn:activity:1565015347222810632", "attributedTo": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782", "content": "I mostly agree with these", "to": [ "https://www.w3.org/ns/activitystreams#Public" ], "cc": [ "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/followers", "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1324799003937738771" ], "tag": [], "url": "https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1565015347222810632", "published": "2023-10-28T14:52:14+00:00", "inReplyTo": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1324799003937738771/entities/urn:activity:1564982505658912772", "source": { "content": "I mostly agree with these", "mediaType": "text/plain" } }, "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/entities/urn:activity:1565015347222810632/activity" } ], "id": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/outbox", "partOf": "https://www.minds.com/api/activitypub/users/1195494947554336782/outboxoutbox" }
