It's surprisingly easy to do yourself (if you have at least some previous fermentation experience), so if you're interested I encourage you to give it a try as well. <br /><br />All ingredients can be found in a normal western supermarket, except for the chili powder \"gochugaru\" which you'll probably only find in Asian supermarkets.
