Noelle worked on Adventure Time and has done some stuff from the Big Hero 6 series but you have to ask yourself how a BOARDER with a webcomic got into so many head positions so fast and I have a feeling that it all goes back to Women in Animation and their 'insistence' over overall incompetence.

Marge n her crew are essentially to animation what Kathleen Kennedy is to Star Wars, that is people who hung out in the back and got their names stapled to the works of people with actual talent and then they're suddenly given power and destroy everything the come across while letting their ilk take positions they have no business handling. The only time I can really think it worked to the benefit of both the person and the audience is the Ducktales reboot which was handled well but it just got canned BUT it wasn't canceled while the show runner got her own show.

But then we have things like the Powerpuff Girl reboot which was handled by a web-comic writer who, after the utter failure of the series, disappeared. There's also Thundercats Roar which was DOA and another under the radar failure of the Popeye Reboot which was apparently handled by the chick who did the Squirrel Girl comics.

If this all ties back to WiA, we're starting to see the monopoly their pulling but at the same time, with the exception of one success, EVERYTHING they're dragged into their cesspool has not only been bad for the original but has no resulted in the show runner getting anything. This show not only tell you how fucked up WiA is but also the state of Western animation and who they're giving the keys to.

I also want to add that if my theory is correct, the reason why Nu-Ra was so badly paced was because Noelle and her crew possibly wanted to get it over as soon as possible in order to work on Nimona. Even with a small budget if you know what to do you can make something shine which was the magic of the original She-Ra to begin with but it's starting to look very clear that a big contributor to Nu-Ra looking as shit as it was could have been due to not giving a complete fuck about the property and wanting the credit to add to their list and work on what they really wanted to which was a movie deal of a comic that a nice chunk of the population has never heard of.

So all the disrespect towards the property and the fans is because they are under the assumption they don't have to care since once they're done, they can start on their 'real' work but like I said, they keep dropping. Even on the WiA side of things, High Guardian Spice has not come out and the CR Original series, which Marge has her hands in, have not been the groundbreaking things we were promised.

We all knew the main industry was infested but it feels like the infestation is starting to do itself in because they don't have the full power or support they may have assumed they did by getting into these big companies. They still have to play by the rules of the house and screeching about their vaginas or how they fuck different people isn't going to save them from being fired or at the least save their projects from being outright canceled or saved by the networks. Remember what happened with Mags who kept drawing the ire of everyone by being a terrible person with shit ideas and even when she got a show, SyFy didn't 'protect it' and it failed.

All I can say is...I'm starting to realize that getting dragged by WiA was the best wake up call I've had and I'm glad I never got in deep with them. This is a waking nightmare and I would have just been another meatbag for them to advertise while they failed at every free chance given to them.

tl;dr- holy and shit.
