"content": "1) take your shirt off <br />2) setup a double boiler (a pot with a bowl on top that make a decent seal)<br />3) crack and separate 4 yolks and drop them in the bowl <br />4) wisk those yolk and turn the heat to medium (never let that bowl get too hot or it will cook the egg yolk…you want it warm and the goal is to make the yolks bubbly and fluffy)<br />5)keep working those yolks…turn off the burner and leave them for a couple mins and let them get bubbly<br />6)when satisfied with bubbly and fluffiness of yolks start adding cold, cubed butter…<br />7) to cube butter I take one of the quarter stickers and cut them into little cubes<br />8) slowly start adding the butter, mixing fast; every now and the. Turn the heat on and give it some energy but then turn it off<br />9) there is no rush…keep adding butter cubes until the full quarter stick of butter is in. <br />10) half a lemon and give it a 40% squeeze, no seeds should fall into your product.<br />11) it looks thin turn off the heat and let it chill. also use a spoon to scrape the cooked yolk bits and mix it into the product<br />12) serve on whatever or enjoy by itself. <br />✨<br /><br />Makes enough for 2-4 people depending on how much you like. ",
