Feels like so much things on the go.<br />Events in the world are getting interesting. <br />And on top of that things in the world of astrology are happing right now too which have impact on everything else. <br /><br />It seems like a huge wave of different energies coming from all over on us. <br /><br />It is important to stay grounded. Be aware of things around you and do not get trapped in anything that you cannot control.<br />Remember that “dark” gets fed by our fears and worry.<br /><br />Just try to find something good out of what’s going on. There’s always something. <br />Everything happening for a reason and for us. Even if we don’t understand it and can’t accept that right away. <br /> ⠀<br /><br />Also wanted to share a bit about myself. <br />I was born and raised in Ukraine. Growing up borscht was an essential part of my life. I had it at least a few times a month for lunch. It was mandatory to have some sort of soup for lunch. When you are a child and something is mandatory you learn to hate it, no matter how good it may taste.⠀<br /> ⠀<br />Years later I realized how delicious borscht actually is. And since I moved to Canada I finally decided to make my mom’s borscht.⠀<br />Tasted just like at home.⠀<br /> ⠀<br />Also, did you know that borsch is actually vegan? Just omit sour cream and add vegan plain thick yogurt for some creaminess.⠀<br /> ⠀<br />So here is the recipe:⠀<br /> ⠀<br />Ingredients:⠀<br /> ⠀<br />Half a head of a cabbage⠀<br />Couple of medium beets⠀<br />1 medium carrot⠀<br />2-3 medium red potatoes⠀<br />Half of white/yellow onion⠀<br />1 small can of tomato paste⠀<br />Garlic (a few cloves, minced)⠀<br />Bay leaf⠀<br />Salt⠀<br />Pepper⠀<br />A few peppercorns⠀<br />White vinegar⠀<br />Sugar⠀<br />Optional (beef broth, beef chunks, sour cream, fresh parsley & dill)⠀<br /> ⠀<br />Deets:⠀<br /> ⠀<br />Prep your veggies:⠀<br />Using your mandolin slice the cabbage very thinly. Set aside.⠀<br />Peel beets and carrots. Grate them.⠀<br />Wash and chop your potatoes (medium chunks).⠀<br />Chop the onion.⠀<br /> ⠀<br />Heat up oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onion. Sautee for a few mins. Add grated carrot. Cover with lid and let simmer.⠀<br />Boil water in a big pot (alternatively you can use the beef broth or place raw chunks of beef and boil them to make a meaty broth*). Add cabbage. Cover with lid and let simmer.⠀<br />Add grated beets into pan with onions, garlic and carrots. Mix well. Add tomato paste and about 1 cup of water. Mix again. Add salt, pepper. To make borscht taste good this saucy-veggie mixture is a base. Add a bit of white vinegar and white sugar to achieve a pleasant sweet & sour taste. ⠀<br />⠀<br />⠀<br />⠀<br />Once you achieved it let it simmer. I usually add a tsp of sugar and a tiny splash of white vinegar at a time, mix, try the mixture and go from there.⠀<br /> ⠀<br />⠀<br />Add your veggie mix into pot with cabbage and mix well. Finally add the potatoes. Mix again. Cover with lid and let it cook until potatoes are done. Add bay leaf, salt, pepper if needed. Once the borscht is almost ready garnish with chopped fresh parsley and dill.<br /><br /><a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=borscht\" title=\"#borscht\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#borscht</a> <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=ukraine\" title=\"#ukraine\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#ukraine</a> <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=authentic\" title=\"#authentic\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#authentic</a> <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=energy\" title=\"#energy\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#energy</a> <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=awakening\" title=\"#awakening\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#awakening</a>",

Feels like so much things on the go.\nEvents in the world are getting interesting. \nAnd on top of that things in the world of astrology are happing right now too which have impact on everything else. \n\nIt seems like a huge wave of different energies coming from all over on us. \n\nIt is important to stay grounded. Be aware of things around you and do not get trapped in anything that you cannot control.\nRemember that “dark” gets fed by our fears and worry.\n\nJust try to find something good out of what’s going on. There’s always something. \nEverything happening for a reason and for us. Even if we don’t understand it and can’t accept that right away. \n ⠀\n\nAlso wanted to share a bit about myself. \nI was born and raised in Ukraine. Growing up borscht was an essential part of my life. I had it at least a few times a month for lunch. It was mandatory to have some sort of soup for lunch. When you are a child and something is mandatory you learn to hate it, no matter how good it may taste.⠀\n ⠀\nYears later I realized how delicious borscht actually is. And since I moved to Canada I finally decided to make my mom’s borscht.⠀\nTasted just like at home.⠀\n ⠀\nAlso, did you know that borsch is actually vegan? Just omit sour cream and add vegan plain thick yogurt for some creaminess.⠀\n ⠀\nSo here is the recipe:⠀\n ⠀\nIngredients:⠀\n ⠀\nHalf a head of a cabbage⠀\nCouple of medium beets⠀\n1 medium carrot⠀\n2-3 medium red potatoes⠀\nHalf of white/yellow onion⠀\n1 small can of tomato paste⠀\nGarlic (a few cloves, minced)⠀\nBay leaf⠀\nSalt⠀\nPepper⠀\nA few peppercorns⠀\nWhite vinegar⠀\nSugar⠀\nOptional (beef broth, beef chunks, sour cream, fresh parsley & dill)⠀\n ⠀\nDeets:⠀\n ⠀\nPrep your veggies:⠀\nUsing your mandolin slice the cabbage very thinly. Set aside.⠀\nPeel beets and carrots. Grate them.⠀\nWash and chop your potatoes (medium chunks).⠀\nChop the onion.⠀\n ⠀\nHeat up oil in a pan. Add garlic and chopped onion. Sautee for a few mins. Add grated carrot. Cover with lid and let simmer.⠀\nBoil water in a big pot (alternatively you can use the beef broth or place raw chunks of beef and boil them to make a meaty broth*). Add cabbage. Cover with lid and let simmer.⠀\nAdd grated beets into pan with onions, garlic and carrots. Mix well. Add tomato paste and about 1 cup of water. Mix again. Add salt, pepper. To make borscht taste good this saucy-veggie mixture is a base. Add a bit of white vinegar and white sugar to achieve a pleasant sweet & sour taste. ⠀\n⠀\n⠀\n⠀\nOnce you achieved it let it simmer. I usually add a tsp of sugar and a tiny splash of white vinegar at a time, mix, try the mixture and go from there.⠀\n ⠀\n⠀\nAdd your veggie mix into pot with cabbage and mix well. Finally add the potatoes. Mix again. Cover with lid and let it cook until potatoes are done. Add bay leaf, salt, pepper if needed. Once the borscht is almost ready garnish with chopped fresh parsley and dill.\n\n#borscht #ukraine #authentic #energy #awakening",

I started doing coconut oil pulling and viola ! My gums got better and I was even able to get rid of some plaque built up. Of course I went and saw a dentist after but doing coconut oil pulling helped me not to make things worse while I had to wait for my dentist appointment. <br /> <br /><br />It is super easy to do: all you need is a 1-1.5 tsp, eventually you can increase it to 1 tbsp of coconut oil (make sure it is not liquid but regular coconut oil you get in a jar). Put it in you mouth - it will start melting rapidly and then start swishing it for 15-20 min.<br />If you have never done it before start with 5 min and slowly increase that time to 20 min.<br /><br />I also recommend to start with 1 tsp of coconut oil. The thing is - while you swish the coconut oil in your mouth you still generate saliva at the same time so the volume of liquid in your mouth could increase making it harder for you to swish. <br /><br />Also after you are done - do not spit it out in the sink. Instead use a napkin of some sort.<br /><br />Also it is best to be done on an empty stomach before eating anything. <br /><br />After you are done - brush your teeth and you are good to go and start your day. <br /><br />I do it after my morning workout since I just drink water while I work out.<br /><br />Have you ever tried or hear about coconut oil pulling?
