"content": "What is more concerning to me than the censorship of a sitting president by a few unruly technocrats—is the ease at which they did it.<br /><br />They did it without question, they did it to cheers from American citizens, they flexed their power over the government—their lack of accountability to the state, and thus, the people—as transparently and unapologetically as they possibly could—all while leaving a tweet up from the CCP championing the success of their Uyghur concentration camps. <br /><br />Never before has it been so clear to me that the people have no power, that not even the politicians in the government have any power over these new tyrants, that our two party system is an illusion and we’re all so starved of truth—<br /><br />That we trust the illusion of choice like a man stranded in the desert trusts the hallucination of water. <br /><br />We were easily distracted, thirsty for some action by a group of near harmless angry people storming the Capitol—while a man in Silicon Valley pressed a button and told us who’s in charge. <br /><br />Big brother is our fearless new leader, not Joe Biden. And unlike the dictatorships of the past, this power doesn’t pretend. It just is. <br /><br />It’s there and it’s clear as day. And if the American people don’t wake up, if they keep dividing like cells—then this one party state will prevail. <br /><br />I don’t know what that looks like, I don’t want to know what that looks like, but I hope to god we find a way to stop it. <br /><br />I love you all my fellow freedom fighting, free speech loving, insane people.
