"content": "One thing I love about the various types of pop music is their effectiveness in affecting an audience's emotions and dispositions in a given situation. As I have said before, visual and auditory mediums can effect great in dispositions at any time and affect a person's actions. <br /><br />In certain scientific studies test groups were exposed to small amounts of visual/auditory stimulation via videography, both parties receiving different samples. These two parties then were assigned different tasks to complete. It was monitored that both parties both unanimously took different courses of action, resulting in one group's entire failure and the other's entire success.<br /><br />Such is the power of visual and auditory stimulation. Hence it serves a very powerful tool of propaganda.<br />I say this as well regarding pop music, especially pop music in foreign languages. <br />If you presenting something to an audience their current emotional disposition can play a major part in whether they will accept or reject what you are saying, and how they will respond.<br />Unintelligible pop music, no matter what it is about, is such that one can unnoticed effect a great many dispositions and changes in dispositions using different samples depending on situation.<br /><br />I have personally seen examples of this multiple times.<br />In the same vein though, there other parties who are aware of this fact, and make use of it themselves.<br />Hence the minds of those who have a greater degree of self-control and the minds of propagandists must always be wary of influence by these means, since they affect the lesser powers, such as that of passion and emotion.<br />It is ours to make use of it for the propagation of truth, but also ours to exercise self-control, and to exercise our reason entirely unhindered by emotion, which so often holds one back from the Truth, rather than bringing one to it.",
