"content": "I was reading studies on A!A1, A1A2 and A2A2.<br /><br />It seems these differences happened naturally in all ruminators about 5000 years ago and no one seems to know why.<br /><br />Then recently a New Zealand milk company called A2 Milk started saying that A2A2 was best for health and caused less gastric issues and inflation but there are no good studies or replication studies to show this as true regarding A2A2 milk for humans being better.<br /><br />The only thing they were able to show and replicate was that A1A1 and A1 A2 had more of an opiate effect on humans not anything else. So that idea of tryptophan plays true but is enhanced in A1A1 and A1A2 but not in A2A2.<br /><br />So a lot of the A2A2 desirability was a marketing plan for a company and not much more than that. Now I know A2A2 milk effects you less and if people have their experiences in this I think that is very valid as everyone reacts differently.<br /><br />It also verifies my experience that I get a bit milk drunk on Moonas A1A2. Which I like the mellow experience very much.<br /><br />It amazes me how advertising truly influences people, our own experiences not withstanding. So I think I will market my A1A2 cows as having fabulous milk that is calming and mellowing. Because why not?",
