"content": "Why Mediation is necessary for everybody including children's?<br /><br />It will help in in our education! If our mind and body are good then we can do things better including understanding things through education! <br /><br />It improves our mental and physical health! Among other things, one thing called Neuroplasticity is activated if we do meditation, and allows us to reprogram ourselves from past habits that cause us harm!<br />Neuroplasticity: \"also known as brain plasticity, or neural plasticity, is the ability of the brain to undergo biological changes ranging from the cellular level (i.e., individual neurons) all the way to large-scale changes involving cortical remapping.\"<br />Each of our past experiences and current experiences creates connection between set of neurons! As we continue those experience for very long time we create more connection and it forms a super high way in brain! Not all experiences are good! We have to remove the bad experiences! Helps in learn new things ! With the use of Neuronplasticity help we can make changes at neuron level!<br /><br />The benefits of meditation are instant and a regular meditation practice can bring immense long term benefits as well!<br />Meditation is the best tool to help us to be clear and have positive mindset. Practising meditation immediately once people wakeup can prepare us for the day ahead like nothing else! Most of us have a shower in the morning, before we take on the tasks of the day - why should we not allow ourselves a mental cleanse? To help us choose happiness through our day!<br /><br />I and other Raelians, do at least once daily a meditation called \"Sensual Meditation\"! - a meditation of the senses. "content": "Homeschooling is great! But without fixing the root education problems we cannot do better!<br /><br />1. Students as to understand and study. Have to give enough time for them to understand! Memorising is not the right approach!<br />2. Doing everything faster is not a proper approach! Our brain is naturally designed for slower execution! This many will find difficult to accept, but i can explain contact me! If we do faster we are prone to do mistakes that we may not remember and cause problems later!<br />3. Meditation is an important thing that allows children's to change the habits and focus on subjects! A thing called neuron plasticity which helps children's to change past habits! Is possible only if meditation is done! Parents need to feel the importance and need to devote time for that! You can follow any meditation!<br />4. Use your money effectively don't become debt! Some education institutions focus on earning more profit or money and for them care is of less importance! They want to make you debt so that they can control you easier! If you are debt you need to work harder to earn more money and have to suffer! if you are debt you need to be slave or obey the order in your company! Due to this companies consume most of your time and it affects your Interaction with your relationship inlcuding your chidren! Avoid being debt! Don't use credit card or any loan card! Live simple life (not luxury life) and spend within your salary or earnings! Save enough amount of money! Think wisely before spending! With homeschooling you can control your spending better! <br />5. Health is an important factor for the children and parent to perform well and please focus on it! Especially the food they eat and time they sleep. Home food is better and only you need is a good recipe with proper guidance! I can help! Studying from home is better to take care of your children health! Social skills can be developed even if not in school!<br />6. We have to help student in better approaching their later life! So things like food preparation, gardening to grow vegetables at home (outside it is highly toxic), painting and other arts, spiritual, sex education, etc., are also important!
