Which still challenges my comfort zone!<br /><br />It raise questions, such as:<br /><br />Will the other person keep up with \"my pace?\"<br /><br />What happens if they don't?<br /><br />Often, we may place ourselves on hold for fear of outgrowing those we care for. Or, worry if we pursue our dreams it may push us in different directions.<br /><br />And this can leave us feeling hesitant to take forward-moving action.<br /><br />We may feel resistance.<br /><br />We may avoid doing the things we know we 'need' to do, or will benefit us in the long term.<br /><br />This can cause stagnation in our energy, and as a result, we may experience it as a breakdown in our physical bodies.<br /><br />It is a sign, a calling out from within us, to come back to ourselves.<br /><br />To focus inward. To refocus our attention AND intention.<br /><br />Because, ultimately, we can only work on ourselves. Consciously tell yourself: \"Be here now.\"<br /><br />⭐ Action a few quick and easy items first.<br /><br />⭐ Postpone or cancel anything that doesn't really need doing.<br /><br />⭐ Set realistic goals.<br /><br />⭐ Call a friend, lean on people, and delegate.<br /><br />⭐ Be kind to yourself. If you fall into negative self talk, stop and remind yourself: \"I love you.\"<br /><br />⭐ Prioritize your competing values and interests. Work colleagues?<br /><br />Do you do what you think you need to do to fit in, so you don't rock any boats?<br /><br />Or are you following your bliss?<br /><br />Have you ever noticed how when you choose to do what is right for you, it lights you up? How light and exhilarated you feel?<br /><br />Listening to the whispers in your heart calls you in the direction your soul wants to travel so you can know true freedom...True self care. Real self love. <br /><br />To know the REAL you.<br /><br />To connect into joy, peace, and harmony from within.<br /><br />Yes, it may feel scary to step out into your own world. Forge your own path...in what may sometimes feel like the face of adversity.<br /><br />Let's face it, we all want to belong. To be part of something. To know we are not alone.<br /><br />However, life taught me, when you steer your own course life will rise up to meet you.<br /><br />It will have your back. Guide you back to a full expression of yourself.<br /><br />Draw to you those people and experiences who can SEE you, even if you can't quite see yourself...yet.<br /><br />Live in a way that excites you, because no-one else has to live your life. To step aside and see what happens?<br /><br />This is where I am feeling at the last few days...and living and loving it ❤<br /><br />The image coming with it is one of spreading your arms out wide and falling backwards.<br /><br />Like those group and team building activities around trust.<br /><br />Trusting your team-mates will be there to catch you as you let go and fall backwards.<br /><br />In the same way, yet just on what feels like a bigger scale.<br /><br />Knowing life has your back and will support you.<br /><br />Much like you may be carried on the hands of other partygoers in a mosh pit, knowing life will carry you to your next destination also.<br /><br />It comes with a sense of free falling and the freedom you get from releasing control.<br /><br />It feels like...freedom! <br /><br />I can imagine this may be a bit what it feels like to go skydiving.<br /><br />The freefall before you pull the string on your parachute. The exhilaration of being free.<br /><br />In this case, its being free from the shackles of your past and moving forward one step at a time.<br /><br />Free from fear. To step aside and see what happens?\n\nThis is where I am feeling at the last few days...and living and loving it ❤\n\nThe image coming with it is one of spreading your arms out wide and falling backwards.\n\nLike those group and team building activities around trust.\n\nTrusting your team-mates will be there to catch you as you let go and fall backwards.\n\nIn the same way, yet just on what feels like a bigger scale.\n\nKnowing life has your back and will support you.\n\nMuch like you may be carried on the hands of other partygoers in a mosh pit, knowing life will carry you to your next destination also.\n\nIt comes with a sense of free falling and the freedom you get from releasing control.\n\nIt feels like...freedom! \n\nI can imagine this may be a bit what it feels like to go skydiving.\n\nThe freefall before you pull the string on your parachute. The exhilaration of being free.\n\nIn this case, its being free from the shackles of your past and moving forward one step at a time.\n\nFree from fear. As if you keep getting it wrong.<br /><br />I know, I certainly felt like this when we started experiencing recurrent miscarriages.<br /><br />Well here is the thing. <br /><br />When you sit down to build a 1000 piece puzzle, you start with one piece at a time. <br /><br />And you expand out from this one piece until you start seeing more and more of the picture.<br /><br />Life is the same.<br /><br />Our experiences are our puzzle pieces.<br /><br />Who we are, our purpose, and destiny becomes clearer with each piece we add.<br /><br />Like building a puzzle. We don't throw it out, box and all, just because we picked up the incorrect piece.<br /><br />We look at the other pieces.
