"content": "So...<br /><br />The world governments explain they have the ability to intentionally and specifically change weather- which is like climate change- using special technology.<br /><br />And at the same time clamoring about the climate changing- AND ONLY being caused by cow flatulence and auto emissions- to the point of interfering with global economics and curtailing personal freedoms.<br /><br />Both cannot be correct.<br /><br />The media is either admitting that the government programs which have been spending billions of dollars over the past 30 years (Darpa, etc.) are completely ineffective and a waste of money...<br /><br />OR they are effective and a significant factor in global warming/climate change...<br /><br />All of them overlook the fact that bottled water companies remove billions of gallons from a local rain cycle and send it elsewhere around the world and stored in warehouses. Then people expect it to rain. Where?? in the warehouses where the water is now located?<br /><br />",
