"content": "I am not sure if it is something I have created as much as the way I have attained is unique. You can get ahead in life by taking one step back in lifestyle to jump a few steps ahead in a measured period of time. An example is rather than get a mortgage on a house, buy land cash instead. You can stay in a fifth wheel or camper for a certain period of time while you are building a simple house. Use a design for the home that is simple and easy and cheap to expand on down the road. Within 5 to 10 years, you can own a bigger house with more land without debt over a house with a mortgage. It is cheaper to build than pay for a ready built house and you also pay double to triple for the house when you finance.",
