"content": "ELECTION PREDICTION<br />I've been politically active since Pres Ford which would have made me about 9yrs old. The point is, I've been paying attention to politics for a long time. People in my office in 2016 laughed at me when I said <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=Trump\" title=\"#Trump\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#Trump</a> was going to win. So, what is my prediction for <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=Nov3\" title=\"#Nov3\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#Nov3</a> 2020? Well, just like in 2016, the media is being so dishonest that we can't readily determine the support level of the candidates. The visual evidence is that <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=Biden\" title=\"#Biden\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#Biden</a> can hardly attract 100 people to his rally whereas the enthusiasm at a Trump Rally is in the tens of thousands.<br /><br />How will this translate into votes? There is also the unprecedented <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=votebymail\" title=\"#votebymail\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#votebymail</a> situation. While there has always been an absentee ballot process, the mail-in ballot is akin to the Bush-vs-Gore hanging chad fiasco where there were legal challenges to whether the perforated punch was for Bush or Gore. The problem with the mailed ballot is that some states will allow them to arrive over 10 days AFTER the election. The next president will be sworn in Jan21. Will all the votes be counted by then? If not, what happens? Will Nancy Pelosi become the acting president? Will that be acceptable?<br /><br />Next, we have the <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=riots\" title=\"#riots\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#riots</a> which seem to be occurring no matter who is president. If Trump Wins will it spark a Civil War from those who have shown they hate everything about USA, even our founding? If Biden Wins will there be revenge against Trump Supporters? We'll see. "content": "ELECTION PREDICTION\nI've been politically active since Pres Ford which would have made me about 9yrs old. The point is, I've been paying attention to politics for a long time. People in my office in 2016 laughed at me when I said #Trump was going to win. So, what is my prediction for #Nov3 2020? Well, just like in 2016, the media is being so dishonest that we can't readily determine the support level of the candidates. The visual evidence is that #Biden can hardly attract 100 people to his rally whereas the enthusiasm at a Trump Rally is in the tens of thousands.\n\nHow will this translate into votes? There is also the unprecedented #votebymail situation. While there has always been an absentee ballot process, the mail-in ballot is akin to the Bush-vs-Gore hanging chad fiasco where there were legal challenges to whether the perforated punch was for Bush or Gore. The problem with the mailed ballot is that some states will allow them to arrive over 10 days AFTER the election. The next president will be sworn in Jan21. Will all the votes be counted by then? If not, what happens? Will Nancy Pelosi become the acting president? Will that be acceptable?\n\nNext, we have the #riots which seem to be occurring no matter who is president. If Trump Wins will it spark a Civil War from those who have shown they hate everything about USA, even our founding? If Biden Wins will there be revenge against Trump Supporters? We'll see. Nor can we be manipulated as a voting block. We barely exist in most people's eyes.<br /><br />I'm not trying to be insensitive to any person that feels discriminated against, but adoptees don't even have our personhood. We had that taken from us. We've had to live in or create a delusion all our lives.<br />While racism affects a person's outward reception and often robs the victim of dignity, being an adoptee victimized us to the core and robs us of our origin and heritage. Most people don't understand that when they see us going about our lives living. They think it's no big deal and are often surprised to find out that we're adopted.<br /><br />If you are an adoptee and haven't felt like this, I submit you have done a good job of living within the delusion. But I don't fault anyone. Most of us already were working from home. We were already practicing <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=socialdistancing\" title=\"#socialdistancing\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#socialdistancing</a> because we need the peace to bring you the content you read in books or listen to on audio. Our income, our living comes mainly from our writing.<br /><br />Some people speculated that during the <a href=\"https://www.minds.com/search?f=top&t=all&q=lockdown\" title=\"#lockdown\" class=\"u-url hashtag\" target=\"_blank\">#lockdown</a> people would turn to reading more since they would have more time.
