It'll be all too easy to use against not only wrongful activity, but against social dissidents, too (the reason why warrantless searches are supposed to be illegal in this country). And considering the path the American government's obviously taking, I'm pretty sure doing the right thing falls heavily in the dissident category. What happens if the government doesn't like a future purchase implicating your desire for self sufficiency (whether to build a homestead or \"parallel institution\") or, perhaps, the practice of some religion that's critical of the state?
